to generate profit. An entrepreneur is a person who has the ability to take risk for developing,

been taken into consideration which provides its health and social services across the city. The
hospital is well know for the services of cardiology and transplantation for adults. The report will
cover the nature and challenges of the enterprises and skills of the entrepreneur. It will discuss
the methods to encourage creativity in an organisation and a new business idea will be analysed.
Further it will discuss the business plan for new business and develop control and monetary
mechanism for it.
