INTRODUCTION
Reflective writing is referred to analytical practice taken into consideration by individuals
in order to describe any imaginary experience, situation, event, interaction, etc. For instance,it
facilitates an individual in analysing past experience or event in order to identify and determine
various aspects by analysing the entire situation. The presented reflective report will be
comprised of significant information and knowledge regarding results of self-assessment
including identification and determination of specific qualities, attributes, and traits.
Furthermore, it will be highlighting understanding of personal leadership style as well as
entrepreneurial qualities and characteristics (Mayer, Siegel, and Wright, 2018).
MAIN BODY
In order to analyse and determine my personal qualities and traits which influences or
impact my personal growth and development, I undertook an GET test comprised of various
different questions to be answered. For instance, it facilitated in identification and determination
of my personal individual qualities as well as areas for improvement in order to ensure success
and growth in future circumstances. In addition to that, I was quite nervous in carrying out test,
as it was about to determine my capabilities in order to discover how much enterprising I am
right now (Audretsch, and Moog, 2022).
The primary and foremost result outcome of this GET test described me as highly
enterprising towards being an successful entrepreneur in future. For instance, outcome of
determined test described various aspects related to me personal capabilities including strong
need for achievement, preference of being in-charge, aimed at looking out for opportunities
and conquering over the same, etc. Moreover, with consideration of all these aspects from test,
it recognised me with highly enterprising in order to achieve personal goals and objectives.
Another major aspect highlighted in result of this particular test stated that I am determined and
aimed at initiating efforts towards innovation as well acquiring skills or qualities in order to be
successful in future. Furthermore, all these aspects and outcomes defined in result provided me
with knowledge regarding my own abilities and capabilities to be taken into consideration.
Therefore, it will be further contributing additional values towards achievement of desired goals
and objectives (GET2 TEST RESULTS, 2022).

Being aimed at becoming a successful entrepreneur, understanding and acquiring suitable
leadership approach plays a crucial role in order to achieve personal goals and objectives. For
instance, it facilitates in influencing and encouraging people for carrying out operations and
activities in an efficient manner. Large-scale business operations and activities can not be
completed with involvement of a single representative engaged in carrying out the same which
creates a necessity of leadership in workplace. In order to ensure success in future, I need to
adapt efficient leadership approach which will allow me to motivate and encourage subordinates
as well as co-employees in performing specific tasks and practices in workplace. Democratic
Leadership approach has been taken into consideration as it results in being most suitable to me
with future aspect of being successful (Bjerkvik and Hilli, 2019). This leadership approach
considers effective employee engagement in decision-making practices as well as important
discussions. It will further contribute towards exchange of ideas and opinions in order to
consider most suitable strategy to be implemented in workplace. Furthermore, effective
employee engagement will facilitate me in maintaining smooth coordination as well as
collaboration with my co-teammates and subordinates. Therefore, teammates engaged in
workplace will be able to develop sense of belongingness towards me which will further results
in initiation of additional efforts in carrying out operations and activities.
The result of this GET test also determined my entrepreneurial qualities and
characteristics in order to provide me understanding of the same. For instance, these qualities
included Robust work ethic, Creative and innovative approach, Determined and focused, Self-
motivated, Eager to additional learning, etc. In addition to that, all these qualities and
characteristics are primary key highlights observed in a successful entrepreneur. Being
determined and focused towards achievement of desired goals and objectives of becoming a
successful entrepreneur will facilitate me in being dedicated towards a specific path and track.
The current dynamic business environment is full of uncertainty which results in creating a
necessity of creative and innovative approach in carrying out operations and activities. It allows
entrepreneurs in coping up with change in an efficient manner in order to ensure smooth
functioning of tasks and activities in workplace. I am self-motivated and consistent towards
continuous learning process in order to acquire essential information and knowledge of various
different aspects and factors that could affect by business approach in some or the other manner
(Dana, 2021). My personal preference lies in initiating and executing determined strategies

individually and further encourage people for the same by presenting them with outcomes of
contributed efforts towards the same. Therefore, with consideration of all these entrepreneurial
qualities and characteristics, result of this GET test determined me as highly enterprising with
reference to future circumstances.
My personal goal have always been becoming a successful entrepreneur in order to
contribute additional values towards society by providing them with innovative product or
service. For instance, I am aimed at identification and determination of issues or problems faced
by people in society in their personal as well as professional routines or schedules. I will be
considering these determined issues or challenges for further procedure of designing and
developing suitable strategic plan to develop and serve suitable product or service. Moreover, it
will facilitate me in contributing values towards society as well as business environment with
introduction of innovative and creative business approach. Furthermore, there is a huge necessity
for me to be strongly dedicated towards achievement of goals and objectives as I will be facing
several problems or challenges that result in degrading my motivation and enthusiasm towards
the same. Therefore, this approach will allow me to ensure success and growth in future with
establishment of my own business entity with innovative business idea and approach (Cheng,
and Chan, 2019).
Referring to Sainsbury's, Democratic leadership style has been taken into consideration in
order to carry out operations and activities in an efficient manner. For instance, representatives
engaged in leadership practices in workplace are aimed at increasing employee engagement with
frequent discussions or meetings regarding some specific subject or matter. The major purpose
behind this positive initiative lies in ensuring effective coordination and collaboration of
employees in workplace. In addition to that, it also includes receiving feedbacks from workforce
regarding strategies or plans to be taken into consideration for further implementation in
workplace. This positive aspect also allows respective organisation in acknowledging opinions as
well as issues faced by workforce in their workplace. Furthermore, democratic leadership also
revolves around necessity of open communication in order to save time as well as effective
decision-making. Therefore, this positive aspect of respective organisation is determined as one
of the major factor which further supports in achievement of organisational goals and objectives

An entrepreneur becomes successful in life with establishment of an appropriate business
with their innovative and creative to serve people with newly developed products and services.
For instance, In this entire journey of contributing values to society and business environment,
these representatives faces various issues or challenges that results in being a barrier in
completion of business operations and activities. Referring to my knowledge and belief, ideal
approach to deal with these issues and challenges is to be determined and consistent with
initiation of additional efforts towards completion of determined tasks and activities. Moreover,
employees or workforce engaged in workplace of business organisation are most significant asset
for these entities as they are responsible for carrying out operations and activities. A strong will
power, enough self-confidence, and determined approach is determined as key to accomplish
desired goals and objectives (Hensel and Visser, 2018).
According to results of GET test performed by me, determined areas with scope of
improvement is determined as individual and independent leadership qualities. For instance, I
need to learn and adapt strong individual leadership approach in carrying out developed
strategies. This aspect will further facilitate me in development of self-motivation as well as
confidence in facing circumstances as well as situations in future. Furthermore, my personal
belief in my ideas and approaches will allow me to encourage people to support me in the same
as well as guiding them with appropriate information and knowledge regarding the same. The
determined outcomes of particular test provided me with recommendations to initiate efforts
towards becoming an intrapreneur. In addition to that, an intrapreneur is a part of team or
organisation engaged in development of an innovative and creative product or service to be
served to customers in society. Furthermore, advantage of being an intrapreneur lies in
contribution of entire team in development of strategic planning to be implemented in order to
accomplish determined goals and objectives (Qazi, and et. al., 2020).
Referring to information and knowledge provided above, it results in accelerating my
journey towards personal growth and development. For instance, outcomes of performing
determined results facilitated in providing me with knowledge of my personal abilities and
capabilities with reference to become an successful entrepreneur in future. Moreover, areas
determined in result with scope of improvement will further facilitate me in paying additional
efforts towards the same in order to improvise and enhance those particular areas. On the other
hand, qualities and characteristics determined as my strengths could be taken into consideration

to be used in development of efficient strategies in order to achieve desired goals and objectives
(Filion, 2021).
CONCLUSION
From the above reflective report, it could be conclude that an entrepreneur is comprised
of various qualities and characteristics which facilitates in achievement of desired goals and
objectives in some or the other manner. For instance, democratic leadership style has been taken
into consideration in order to be implemented in encouraging employees or workforce for
carrying out operations and activities. In addition to that, Robust work ethic, Creative and
innovative approach, Determined and focused, Self-motivated, Eager to additional learning, etc.
resulted in being my personal entrepreneurial qualities and characteristics in order to become a
successful entrepreneur. Sainsbury's is determined as business organisation with application of
democratic leadership style which contribute in accomplishment of organisational goals and
objectives.
