create a new venture idea. The current assignment will be based on specific business idea and
that The Natural Bar, an organization that tend to provide natural soaps to individual customers,
especially who have sensitive skin. The study will new business idea details, location, market or
industry analysis, product description, USP, competitor analysis, operations plan, and risk &
contingency plans. Furthermore, it will also specify sales & marketing tactic, finance and
funding plans as well as management team.

The Natural Bar is a business which is about manufacturing soaps which have natural
ingredients as well as not harmful for the skin of the users. It is established for meeting the needs
of those consumers who want to use soaps which are chemical free and based on natural
products. The soap has various varieties such milk & oats, honey & milk, sugar & honey and
various others which is beneficial for customers of every skin type and especially have sensitive
skin. The product does not contain any type of colour which can have negative effect on the skin
of the customer. It is located in London where the company has various opportunities to grow. It
is following management structure on the functional basis. As it helps the company in making
decision faster as well as efficient. The structure is suitable for the employees to understand and
roles can be made clear. It provides efficiency in the work of employees as they can easily be in
contact with the manager and manager can make decisions which are better for the function
