Self -belief - In order to be an entrepreneur the most important traits that help them to
be different from an organisation's manager is the self-belief. The self-belief is important
because the entrepreneurship is required to run a new business and there is the
requirement of delivering the positive outcome for a business. As opined by Sahut and
Peris-Ortiz (2014, p.665), the entrepreneur is required to be sure that the product is the
best thing which is provided to the customers.
