SWOT model
In my opinion, one can succeed in their life when they make use of their strengths and skills at full extent. Similarly, one can suffer from less or
no issues, if they already recognize their weaknesses and manage them before they impact. With the application of SWOT, this can help me in
uncovering opportunities, understanding weaknesses and manage threats that might strain the capability to move forward. By analyzing strengths,
weakness, threats and opportunities, I can be more able to develop the specialized abilities and skills to advance my career.
Strengths
 As an entrepreneur, I have the strengths of creative thinking, promoting and pushing things, risk-taking, innovating, along with this I have
the ability to improve or re-engineer processes, better confidence, i.e. I can present things to large audiences, and proven successful
 I can assert that my strengths are inclusive of better communication skills, positive attitude, good confidence and public speaking skills; I
feel comfortable and share all my ideas and opinions to the audience and people.
 I consider myself as a natural leader, with an ability to lead and manage every single person, as I believe that I am more observant and
perceptive, and have better skills of job communicating with others.
Weaknesses
 My weakness includes incapability to manage and resolve conflicts, and I am not able to manage conflicts held among team members in
an effective way.
 I am not good at managing time; another weakness of mine is bad time management, as this profession requires dealing with several
departments and aspects, which can sometimes lead to crises.
Threats
 One of the most common threats or challenges for entrepreneurship is financial risks, and strapped budget, collecting the required funds
and capital can be a very difficult task or a great threat. Since funds are not easily accessible.

 I currently face the obstacle of managing time and conflict at work, plus the changing technology also threatens my position. My
weakness of poor time and conflict management can lead to threats.
Opportunities
 According to me, opportunities for entrepreneurs comes in various forms, such as making multiple investments, considering more of
quality content, exploiting new ideas and innovation and harnessing technologies timely.
 It can be asserted that opportunities lie in the social power of the internet, especially for entrepreneurs, it is because the internet is the
great platform for strategically placing business and creating the best of competitive edge.
