INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship refers to the process of planning, organising, developing and managing a
business venture with some new or innovative idea within the marketplace to achieve edge over
others. This project is about Pleasure Paradise luxury hotel which is domicile in UK and trade in
Ibiza which provide services to adults of age from 21-50. The main idea behind venturing this
entrepreneurial idea is to provide adults a positive environment where they can entertain and get
services which let them covert their fantasies into reality (Ndungu and et. al., 2017). This idea is
unique as Pleasure Paradise is position itself through niche market within the industry that has
not yet provided to market at this scale. Apart from this it also provides unique products or
service to target market like Erotic Museum with toys and fantasy games, thematic rooms,
restaurants with aphrodisiac food etc. This uniqueness in services will help Pleasure Paradise in
providing its customers an opportunity to get their fantasies become real.

day by day as with the increase in peoples’ living standard their spending power get increased.

enjoy their holidays by availing unique services. This increases the competition among different
resorts and they are continuously trying to involve unique services as well as different activities
within their holiday packages to attract large number of customers. Therefore, this has created a
lot of competition and restricts the entrants of another player with similar ideas or related
services of holiday resorts. This bring on several issues related to venturing up a business in this
industry and hence create a lots of problem for new entrants as they have to bring a new idea or
more strong strategy to grab a position in marketplace.
So, in order to provide unique product or services to marketplace Pleasure Paradise has
also decided to enter into market with some unique services for grabbing the attention of

vacation industry. The idea behind venturing the resorts and hotels based on erotic theme is to

and satisfy the needs of guest (Gwija, Eresia-Eke and Iwu, 2014). Apart from this, Pleasure
