business unit in order to contribute values towards society as well as business environment. In
addition to that, an entrepreneur is willing to take risk in investing in an business opportunity in
order to earn profit out of it. Furthermore, primary skills and abilities required in Time
management, Motivation, critical thinking, problem-solving, etc. Therefore, all these personal
skills and abilities facilitates in establishment of desired business opportunity (Nawawi, and
Salin, 2018).

The primary and foremost reason behind selection of this job role lies in opportunity of
being the boss or representative with higher authority. For instance, an individual engaged in
entrepreneurship is allowed to work according to his or her own will and requirements. In
addition to that, individual engaged in entrepreneurship practices are facilitated with complete
authority upon on going operations and activities in workplace. Individuals need to adopt
creative and innovative ideas and approaches in order to design and develop efficient strategies
for establishment of desired business. Therefore, all these aspects contributed towards decision-
making for this specific job role (Shen, Dumont, and Deng, 2018).
Personal skills and abilities
In order to be eligible for becoming an entrepreneur, an individual has to pursue a course
of management studies with context of entrepreneurship. For instance, this course is aimed and
determined at providing students with information and knowledge of business and business
environment. In addition to that, it includes all the factors and aspects in order to contribute
essential and insightful knowledge of the same.
Primary and foremost skills required in carrying out entrepreneurship include time-
management, effective communication, motivation, strategic thinking, etc. which facilitates in
effective and efficient completion of initiated operations and activities.
Being a student of Business management degree course, I am eligible for initiating efforts
towards being an successful entrepreneur. For instance, with the access to information and

insightful knowledge acquired throughout this degree course, I will be facilitated with advantage
in consideration of effective and efficient strategies. Moreover, these strategies could be taken
into account for further execution in order to carry out operations and activities.
Effective communication, time-management, and risk-assessment are my personal
strengths which will support me in my long journey towards being a successful entrepreneur. On
the other hand, motivation, problem-solving, strategic-thinking, etc. are some skills and abilities
which I need to focus upon with additional efforts towards the same. Therefore, I will initiate
additional efforts every-time towards improvisation and betterment of these skills and abilities in
order to ensure growth and success (Ali, Li, and Zhang, 2019).
Personal interests
An ideal entrepreneur looks out for business opportunity in problems or issues faced by
people in society. For instance, these individuals are aimed at identification and determination of
issues and problems faced by society and analysing them in order to design and develop a
business idea out of the same.
Referring to myself, I like to work upon activities and practices which are aimed at
providing solutions for a specified problem. For instance, it may include helping out a friend in
need, a person asking for support, quiz and games, etc. In addition to that, I have a keen interest
towards solving a solving a problem in an efficient manner with consideration of appropriate
solutions which will facilitate me in self-motivation for carrying out these entrepreneurial
practices.
My personal interests as well as skills and abilities determines that I am quite suitable for
this job role. A successful entrepreneur on an average earns a total of 100,000 euros by carrying
out their business operations and practices. In addition to that, it will facilitate me in
accomplishment of my personal as well as professional goals and objectives. Earning profit and
contributing towards business environment will allow me to accomplish my professional goals
by getting returns on my investment and efforts. On the other hand, consideration of job role
which I have keen interest in as well as contributing additional values towards society allows me
to fulfil my personal goals and objectives (Sulich, and Rutkowska, 2020). Therefore, my long
term vision is to establish a business entity engaged in providing innovative and creative
products or services to customers.
