• Richard Branson is a successful business investor, magnate and author.
• He is a founder of Virgin Group in which they control more than 400 companies.
• He started business at early age and their first venture was a magazine that make
them popular.
• Richard has established 100 organizations, employing around
55,000 people globally.

first motivation point

• Branson has reading disorder and had poor academic performance on his
last day at school. His headmaster told him he would either end up in
prison or become millionaire.
• In case, his parents were more supportive of his project from an early age.
Also, his mother was an entrepreneur in most successful venture that was
building and selling wooden tissues boxes and waste-paper bins.
• Therefore, she has always motivated and supported to their son to become
entrepreneur.

• Philip Green is the son of successful property developer and retailer. At
the age of 12, Greens' father died of heart attack and his son inherited the
family business.
• He worked for shoe importer after leaving boarding school at 15. He
travel to US, Europe and Far East. At the 21, on his return, he set up high
first business importing jeans from Far East to sell on the London
retailers.

Experience of Philip Green
• Philip Green is highly experienced to run retail business. By motivation and
experience, he travelled to US, Europe and Far East for increasing knowledge
about retailing, after that he worked for shoe importer at the age 15.
• He set up the importing jeans business to sell to London retailers after travelling.
• By his experience, he turned around those companies whose were relatively
cheap. After that, he is most ambitious move come to make an offer for Marks
and Spencer.
• His has experienced about retailing that positively impact on their career.
