The processes through which an individual design, launch, and conduct a new venture setup that
is usually at a small level initially. However, it can be said that an individual perform the new
business setup with his original idea is said to the entrepreneurs. The business activity must be a
new, innovative and original concept that has not been established yet. Entrepreneurship is a
wide aspect, which includes learning. Entrepreneurship comes with positive as well as the dark
side for the entrepreneurs. The report will include critically evaluating a proverb that is you

has a direct relation with the entrepreneurship development in the nation. The reason being the

investing resources and investment in the nation, affecting the wealth of the nation.

of success for various entrepreneurs but have not considered or observed the darker side of the
entrepreneurship journey, the way they have reached to this position in the economy. There is no
secret that the fear of failure is huge among the entrepreneurs, the reason being most of the
startups fails in the initial stage only (Coulson-Thomas, 2017). The key statistics of the
entrepreneurship, more than fifty percent of the ideas and startup venture fails within the initial
four years. The reason for the failure is generally the increased competition, as there is a large
competition in every industry today. However, eighteen percent of the startup also fails due to
the cost or pricing issues. Considering the primary source of income to be owned business by
6.02 percent of the people in the US (crowdspring, 2019). It suggests that the people in US are
interested in creativity and gaining money through their owned business or entrepreneurship and
that the location to set up the business is the major decision, which could lead to the success or
failure of the entrepreneur (forbes, 2019).
Entrepreneurs seem to be responsible persons that is they are liable for their own decisions,
achievement oriented, and are not interested in routine or repetitive work, as their traits are more
towards innovation and change. It can be said that the entrepreneur success factor includes not to
fear from the change as the change is essential for the improvement and sustain the business that
has been started up by the individual. The creative entrepreneur consists high energy level and a
high degree of imagination and perseverance that will be integrated together with calculated risk,
that will make them able to transform the elements to the way through the simple aspect in the
initial stage. The evidence also suggested that the purpose is clearly communicated by the

entrepreneur, as there would be no use if the individual does not convey the idea and convert the
idea into action. However, the darker side also suggested that the individuals might have quirky
personalities that will make them the people, with whom working is not so easy. For instance,
the action taken by the entrepreneur is generally biased towards the action taken by him or his
personal opinion, the reason being they are generally into the entrepreneurship because they were
not the employees who can take orders from the higher authority (Miao et al., 2017). They could
be stubborn when it comes to the decision making, as it has been observed through their traits
that they believe in themselves rather than any other which would also lead to them being

could suggest the darker side of the entrepreneur is the need for control, desire for applause, a
sense of distrust. The evidence suggests that the sense of distrust is one of the major trait found

near environment of the entrepreneurs, they are generally in fear of becoming the victim in the

According to the cases, one of the successful entrepreneurship of his time is Steve jobs, which
was known for the Apple founder and CEO. However, he was not directly at the successful
position, jobs have faced various ups and downs in the entrepreneur journey. Through which the
proverb that you cannot make an omelet without breaking eggs can be justified. The business
people have always considered Steve jobs as a role model and has attempted to study the traits
and action that can be taken for being successful as Steve. The vision of the jobs for computer,
knowledge, and innovative ideas has led to its success. Steve use to have the interest ion gadgets
and electronic since a small age. After Steve was graduated from high school, he dropped for the
semester and entered into the part time job of job designing video games (cbsnews, 2019).

Considering the case of Steve Jobs, it has been identified that instant success needs a large
amount of hard work and years of hard work. Steve Jobs has also please will you spend years in

having the same issue, but instead of making it an excuse to be safer side, he offered to search
and implement the solution for the same. There were other mistakes and failures faced by Steve

always possible that the invention turns out to be a success; the fear of failure is always
connected to the product developed in entrepreneurship. There were various misstates identified
