1. Website Prototype:
In order to access the core applications, the user have to get permission. The first step
to become a valid user is registration. Registration is for storing the details of the user into the
system. In order to register, user have to visit registration page. This page has a form that
collects user personal data, contact information and password for account. Once all the fields
are filled, user can register into system. During registration, user will specify whether he/she
is a customer or a driver. This is essential because system will show only the information and
processes that are associated with respective user group.
After registration, user can choose to login to system. In order to login, the user have
to use the same email address and password provided during registration. Then user will
submit the form to initiate the login process. In case email or password is not correct, system
will show error on the page. The system will automatically identify user type based on the
data stored in the database.

Customer rate a service and also write description of that service. Once the service is
complete, the customer will see an option of writing rating the service. The service rating will
have options from 1 to 5, 5 means highest quality of service and 1 means lowest quality of
service. User can input their review in 1000 characters. Once, the service is rated, this
information can be seen in the order history page.

assigned a task, driver can see the service details. In that page there will be an option of
calling customer. Once driver clicks on that call will be made to customer.
2. Analysis and Critical Evaluation of the Prototype:
During the previous coursework regarding the prototype of the website, different
types of strategic and system level decisions were taken. In this aspect, those decisions have
been clearly reflected within the implemented website. The main aim of the website system
proving a service that will provide an all-around transportation service to the customers.
Depending on that there are several of criteria that the website needs to fulfil. This system
will not provide any single type of delivery service to the customers, instead of that the
customers can freely choose among different type of delivery services that are listed on the
website. Thus, in the prototype system a specific section has been developed through which
the customers will be able to choose the desired services. At the prototyping stage the current
system will be supporting fiver different type of services. These services are the taxi ordering,
picking up an order, food delivery service, lorry ordering service and shopping order service.

Here, customers can choose their desired option for the delivery which was the important
requirement of the system and it has been implemented successfully in the prototype.
In the previous coursework another system level decision that was taken is the adding
a payment method against the service chosen by the customer. The payment related option
occurs in front of the user before placing the order. In this aspect the customers need to pay
for using the system and it will be the main income source for the website. Thus, payment
option has been integrated with the prototype option. In this aspect, the customers need to
first select the payment method and after that they can proceed further. In this case,
depending on the requirement online payment option has been also provided. To initiate the
online payment, the customer needs to enter their card details in the website and from there
they will be able to make the payment.
In many cases it has been observed that the customers get confused with the system.
Here, it is also assumed that the users might can be confused with the system. So, in the
previous coursework another system level decision that was taken is the integration of a
support team which will resolve the quires of the customers. Through this prototype of the
actual system the functionality of the support team and how the customers will be able
contact the support team has been demonstrated.
The above are the main integral part of the system. With that, regarding the system
various of other strategic and system level decisions were also taken during the previous
coursework and these has been also implemented for the website prototype. Status checking
of the order has been also implemented in the prototype. This section will be enabled in the
order page for an ongoing order where the real-time updates will be collected from the driver.
Also, there were several of other decisions were made during the previous coursework which
are the seeing the information of the driver, rating the service, seeing the newsletters and

viewing the order history. Decisions regarding all of these has been made in the coursework
and all of them has been implemented in the website. All the above-mentioned features of
this website are accessible only from the customer end.
With the customer, another important entity of this system is the driver. The drivers
working for the system will have another portal for their use. As the delivery request will be
made by the users, the drivers will be able to choose which kind of service he/she wants
provide. But before that, driver needs to login to the system through the driver portal and this
section has been also implemented in the prototype. It is important to establish a proper
communication between the driver and the customer. So, a prototype for the calling feature
has been also implemented through which the drivers will be able to directly call the
customers. Several of other important features has been also integrated in the prototype which
includes the navigation system, receiving payments, viewing the feedback provided by the
customer and viewing the order history. In many cases, the drivers might need to see their
completed orders and they are able to view from the order history. In this case, these were the
important requirement of the actual system and these are implemented in the prototype
system which are accessible from the driver’s side.
Currently, there is no major differences between the implemented prototype and the
design specification. The prototype of the system has been developed by following the actual
requirement of the system as closely as possible.
3. Utilizing Cloud Computing:
Regarding this application, two important cloud computing solutions can be also
integrated which will enrich the current demonstrated system and will also support the overall
business process. These two cloud computing solutions that can be integrated with the current
business processes are the scalable usability and big data analytics (Huangand et al. 2018).

Both of the solutions are emerging cloud computing solutions which is able improve the
current processes of the businesses much further.
Considering the scalable application solution of the cloud computing there are mainly
two important ways through which the scalable usage can be integrated with the current
business process. The first approach is the microservice approach. The microservice approach
is the best way for creating a foundation of scale through which resources utilization can be
scaled as per the requirement and it will be helping in the cost saving of the organization
(Nadareishvili et al. 2016). Another possible approach for implementing the scalable usage in
the current business process is the grid computing. Through the grid computing, parallel
distributed processing can be enabled. Through this way, scalability in the organization can
achieved but this is not effective as the microservices. Thus, microservice approach will be
used for implementing the scalable usage in the organization. In this aspect, cost of
implementing the scalable usage can be a big issue for the organization. While the scalable
approach will be implemented in the organization through the microservice approach, it is
quite expected that there will be high amount of cost that organization need to bear
(Diefenbach et al. 2016). Also, it believed that the microservice approach is not very much
secure. So, there can be security related issues in this case. Though the organization will be
able to achieve the cost saving after implementing the scalable approach, the implementation
cost can be a big issue in this context. Cost saving and flexibility in resource utilization is the
main advantages that the organization will be able to achieve through the implementation of
the scalable usage while compared with the traditional IT infrastructures and the services
(Gawriljuk et al. 2016). The only disadvantage with the scalable usage application of the
cloud computing is high implementation cost. Generally, a high amount of spending is
required for integrating such solutions with the business processes.

Another cloud computing solution that can be implemented in this context is the big
data analytics. There are several of important ways through which the big data analytics
approach can be integrated with the current business. One of the effective ways through
which the big data analytics could be integrated is utilization of the agile and iterative
approach. By using the agile and the iterative approach quick solutions can be delivered to
the organization depending on the current needs of the organization (Wamba et al. 2017).
Same as the scalable usage application of the cloud computing, organizations need to spend a
high amount of money during the implementation of big data analytics system in the
organization. The big data analytics is also vulnerable in nature. Several of security related
issue are associated with the big data analytics which are the fake data generation, struggle in
granular access control and difficulties in data provenance. The main advantages of the big
data analytics are that it is capable of detecting any kind of frauds in the system, can discover
the better sales insight, help the organization to implement new type of business strategies
and it is capable of keeping up the customer trend (Ahmed et al. 2017). The main
disadvantage of this type of system is that it can violate the principles of privacy and can be
used for the manipulation of the customers records.
In this aspect, for achieving the scalability usage IaaS or the Infrastructure as a
Service is the most appropriate solution which can be implemented in this context. The main
reason that the IaaS has been chosen here is that it can reduce the overall cost for the
infrastructure (Madni, Latiff and Coulibaly 2016). Also, other important reasons for choosing
the IaaS is virtually limitless scalability and accelerating time to market. In this case, for the
big data analytics implementation, Software as a Service or the SaaS platform will be chosen.
The big data analytics can be implemented for all the platform of IaaS, SaaS and PaaS (Guo
and Ma 2018). Specifically, SaaS has been chosen as it will provide a complete big data stack
within a single tool.
