entrepreneur activities so that they could be concerning with the development of their
capabilities. There are number of skills, behaviours, knowledge, attitudes and abilities that will
be building up stronger and potential entrepreneurs which all sum up into entrepreneurial
learning. This is now emerging to as very important area of study which includes or deals with
development and understanding of skills and knowledge that is used for the entrepreneurial
learning.
There are many ways through which entrepreneur could be learning and most commonly
it could be starting up of any small entrepreneurial venture. With this it will be easy for them to
learn and take decision on regular bases. Any start-up which is beginning its operations will be
indicating that they are at stage of learning from which they would be able to learn many things.
They will be getting idea of their learning process from the beginning till now and see if they are
learning in the same way as other most entrepreneurs are doing. Without or other than having
education or acquiring higher education there will be other ways through which entrepreneur
could be able to learn.
Thus this particular research will be based on conceptual framework and application into
the entrepreneurial learning with the theory of Kolb Learning style inventory (Harrison and
Leitch, 2002). The proposal is based on Visionary Outfit which is new start-up business of
clothing line thus it will be easy for collecting information related to it in way of becoming
successful entrepreneur.

The model of learning process and discussion of this learning within the new venture and
growth of small and medium sized enterprise development is based on entrepreneurial learning.
There will include many other type of learning like those based on innovation, development and
technological usages as well. There will be difference between the two most important terms
which are knowledge and learning. So knowledge would mean the acquired skill or behaviour

which is already there or which is known and learning means process by which knowledge
would be generated (Wang and Chugh, 2014). The overall learning process will be generating
knowledge that serves for the reduction of all sort of uncertainty and thus noting to have
knowledge based on strategic resources. The learning construct will be having stronger impact
on clearing out the concept of knowledge and behaviour of people especially that of
entrepreneur. Organisational learning is concern with shaping the theory based management
practice which deals with amount of motivational process.
It is very much important and essential that all entrepreneur are learning throughout their
state of development which will be bringing together the concept of organisational learning. The
usage of peripheral vision will be very much beneficial for the leader and entrepreneurs. There
will be many type of current technological revolution which is based on knowledge and
information but certainly it is only generating the information processing or devising as well.
The Kolb Learning style inventory will be very much helpful into explaining how the
process of learning will be taking place so that it could dealing with having 4 types of learning
styles (Nabi, Akhtar and Neame, 2018). These learning styles include that of visual learners who
are those who prefer in taking informing like that of map, graph and diagram. Another type of
learner includes like that of auditory who learns with audio which is by listening to presentation
or other sources. On other hand reading type of learner will be those who learn after reading or
writing anything like reading a book or writing down notes. Then last one will be those who
learn with doing something like they would be learning by experiencing their actual course.
Process of entrepreneurial learning: conceptual framework
Within the field of organisational learning it is very much important that entrepreneur is
concerning with lack of intellectual maturity and diversity. There are many type of framework
which is based on the components like that of career experience, process of transformation and
knowledge gaining in terms of effective acting and recognising for opportunities. The
transformational process of entrepreneurial learning will be including both personal and
professional experience of any of the entrepreneur so that they could be able to transform all type
of knowledge into guiding as choice of new experience as well. The term inter-organisational
learning refer to that process with help of which knowledge is mostly acquired and leading to all
primary concern with learning process (Täks, Tynjälä and Kukemelk, 2016). It is very much
important that the entrepreneur is having specified knowledge which will be based on their

effective manner so that they are able to achieve what they have planned. The role of experience

topic will help the researcher in terms to have depth information about the further investigation.
