INTRODUCTION
Reflective practise is an ability and skill in an individual person to understand their past
experience situation and can reflect the information definite manner from where the other people
can be able to stay aware. Reflective practise is important to be understood by each individual
from where it will allow and enable the person to adopt the effective amount of knowledge and
education in perfect way. The present report will illustrate the thinking and brief about the
potential bias in the environment and population health field from where the people are getting
affected in wider manner (Tsai, H.S., Wang, Y., Liu, C., Wang, and et.al., 2022). It will illustrate
the brief education in regard to environment protection and collects the reviews and responses
from the students within the observation process.

Key components of issue
Today, the entire world is getting affected by the harmful and negative area which impacts
the natural surroundings in wider manner. During the academic session, my tutor and peer
provided a wider amount of education and knowledge in regard to population field and potential
bias in the environment which is harming the nature (Epstein and Kantinkoski, 2020). It is
important to put some efforts in making the nature protected and secure so that the entire world
can be able to stay free from the negative bias. During the lesson, I learned that nowadays, from
the negative human activities the entire world is getting affected and increasing the global
warming which results the world to obtain the deduction economically. From this wider manner
of different population, the health of living creature is also getting affected due to disturbance in
nature and environment and leads them to suffer from many different difficulties and diseases.
I learned from this discussion that due to human activities sonly the environment is getting
impacted and also harming the human body itself from where the health issues are increasing at
regular basis (Dockery and Pope III, 2020).
Brief description
The human health can be affected physically and mentally both as well where it becomes
important to understand this topic in brief and wider manner so that I can be able to adopt the
perfect education in regard to this subject and can put efforts by following the actions which do
not harm the environment dynamically. However, according to me I learned and understand that
changes in environment includes the scarcity of water, rise in temperature, disturbance if food

supply chain, climatic conditions, decline of forests and wildlife, increase of carbon dioxide in
atmosphere and such more. It is important for me or an individual to understand this concept in
detailed manner so that the nature can be able to get protected and secured in definite manner. In
this overall process, the human health is getting affected by the nature and environment changes
and leads the human body to suffer from different kinds of diseases and difficulties in maximum
manner and leads them to not able to grow and develop them accordingly. I am responsible for
contributing my efforts in making the entire world clean and green from where the nature and
surrounding can be unpolluted and can provide the better and excelling living atmosphere.
The degradation of the environment loss the quality of life of human and increases the
expenditure in human health care and provides the loss if income and economic stability to an
individual (Jiang and Lu, 2018). During the lesson learning, I was able to analyse the different
views and observations of the students or my mates from where every individual has its own
opinion and perspective on the particular subject where I believe that protection of the
environment is the most important thing I need to consider and understand it in brief manner
from where I can be bale to reduce the health effects improper way and can lead to wellness and
wellbeing.
Thus, some of my classmates disagree with this particular subject and stated that not only
human activities are getting affected by the environmental change and provides bad result but
also benefits them in the definite order. The environmental changes provides the positive impact
on human body and health when the air, water and noise can prevent diseases and can put the
efforts in making the human health improved in definite manner. It becomes important for me to
understand this topic or a subject in detailed manner from where the students can be able to
provide the positive working process and can protect the surrounding and environment
effectively (Viccaro and Caniani, 2019). However, I am required to understand the importance of
the environment and put the efforts to make the nature free from human activities like
deforestation and highly usage of toxic chemicals which evaporates the surrounding and causing
the different dynamic negative impacts on the society and entire world.

CONCLUSION
The report has concluded the importance of the environmental protection area where it
becomes essential and necessary to understand this subject in better manner. The report has
included the brief about the subject and of different perspective and views of the students where
a reflective writing and practise is followed in this particular report and has provided the enough
knowledge and education about the environment and its protection. Also, it has provided the
agreed and disagreed matters and views of the particular subjects and mentioned the brief
education and information.
