Products- Influences by the products or services affect the internal structure and various
operations in the hotel. In order to organize and monitor the various processes, proper
structure is required for the physically large products. Similarly, in a hotel industry, service is
the priority of all the employees (Quinn et al. 2014). Service to the customers can only be
delivered if the structure is organized.
Eventually a service or a product reaches a phase when squeezing profit is best done
by cutting the operational cost. This is only possible if every individual from various
departments of the organization collaborate (Indris and Primiana 2015). Every product or
service completes the product lifecycle and reaches a stage where the product matures and the
commodity is about to be obsolete. This is when the continuous innovative efforts of all the
