The present report is about the Environmental analysis which is a strategic tool and
process of identifying all the internal and external factors which affect the business organisation
and its performance.
ARACY is the Australian Research Alliance for children and youth which Woking on
improving the well-being of the children and youth people of America by collaborating

). The environment analysis help organisation in ascertaining the threat and opportunity which

The present study is based on the problems faced by the children and youth and solution
of their problems by the company through various analysis. they may be micro analysis which

The company is completely focused on the excellence in all the aspects of their work. These are

be concluded as there branding could be better and impressive, there products and services are
