In current time it is important for business organization to keep their actions sustainable.
This is quit important for business organization to follow the regulations related to the corporate
social responsibilities to meet all its duties related to social duties. Sustainable engineering is a
process that includes designing or operate system that works on sustainable energy and resource
consumption. This process is also consists of different concepts which are associated to future
development in sustainable business operations. This report is analysing different issues and
challenges related to environmental, economic, historic and cultural issues that can affect the
cost and timely process of a project. Various renewable sources will be explained that can be
used in the building development process. This is crucial part to manage proper plans that can
hep the organization to manage all its operations to make proper developments in the building
development process. Particular reasons of selecting sustainable resources is also mentioned in
report. Supply chain management and procurement of material resources also will be explained
in the study. Various health and safety measures are considered for the building construction site.
All different building constructions are analysed to make them sustainable and effective for

resources are limited so it is not possible to make available these resources on low cost. It is
major issue for the construction process. Inflation also can be related to the cost of raw material
that is required in construction process. The main issue with construction process is about
sustainable and innovative machines that are base on efficient energy and resource consumption.
The cost of this technology is too high and it is not possible to keep project under budget with
economic issues like this.

on site are related to different factors. Some of main challenges are associated with the skills of
workers, lack of communication skills, work management, time management and plan
management. This are some main issues and challenges in the building construction process.
Lack of skills in worker can affect the quality and structure of the building which can not be
avoided. This is most important to manage the work and time to complete the project with high
efficiency and with dead line.

captured the energy from existing flow, ongoing process generated the energy. Construction of
building account for about energy consumed where implemented cooling and heating system. it
might be carefully applying on design principles that capture natural energy by using different
renewable energy (Rathore, Chauhan and Singh, 2019). It practices that save money, as result in
more alternative method for building construction. It also useful for improving environment and
strength the economy by minimizing requirements for fossil fuels. There are common renewable
energy sources that can be incorporated with building.
Solar: It is based on the energy that generated from sunlight which are directly converted into
electricity by using solar panels. Solar power is one of most common renewable energy sources
that become safe, clean, reliable and sustainable. This type of source is becoming easily install in
building to generate electric power. Solar energy is useful for sustainable development where it
can be reduced the amount of heat lost and also eliminating wastage. It automatically recovers
heat in high temperature areas like bathrooms and kitchens.
Wind: This type of energy is generated from the change of pressure, atmospheric temperature
which directly force movement of air. In this way, different wing turbine easily captured which
converted into electric power. The wind power is safer, reliable that will not contain the
greenhouse gases and emission at the time of electricity generations (Armin Razmjoo, Sumper
and Davarpanah, 2019). It is becoming a cost effective in terms of renewable energy with one
turbine easily generating enough electricity to commercial buildings, office and homes. This type
of wind energy will minimize risk related the pollution because it is most common thing that
affects on the environment condition. It always maintains overall temperature and improve
sustainable development.
Geothermal: It is mainly generated from heat and other type of hot rocks buried on earth
surface. It will use for producing the hot steam and water which converted into electricity. This
type of renewable energy resource has not produced greenhouse gas which are expected to play
important role for providing the electric power in building. In terms of sustainable building, it
always changing development ideas because of econ-friendly and sustainable nature. this type of

proper manner.
Hydro: it is one of common renewable energy source for generating power through water
flowing which automatically converted into electric power by using turbine. This type of energy
is becoming clean, safe that has been widely used in past decade. It can be generated the
electricity in large quantities of year (Bishoge, Zhang and Mushi, 2019). Hydro electric energy
is considered the largest source which producing 6.3 percentage of the country’s total electricity.
It is the most reliable and suitable for increasing opportunities which expand the sustainable
development. In construction, it can be utilizing materials and manufacturing to improve
performance while reduce the cost of lifecycle.
These are different type of renewable energy sources which always useful for generating a
large amount of electricity with minimum wastage and Co2 emission. These are needed as they
clean energy source and have controlled environmental impacts through other substances. As an
energy, it will remain forever so can use by other people. On the other hand, it also beneficial in
terms of opportunities for increasing employment rate and also running the economy in global
marketplace.
It is justified that Building is becoming highly energy efficient which mainly uses 56%
less energy than other type of convention building. It has been designed in such as way that

about the potential environmental, economic and cultural issues which might be significantly
reduce costs and also delay overall project of construction. It has summarised different types of
renewable energy that can be used to apply within project and also justified the reason for
choosing suitable renewable energy source. Furthermore, it is evaluating the usage of supply
chain management and its procurement material resources that help for managing overall project
effectively. It has determined the principles related health and safety factors which required to be
considered for improving production steps and also understand risk that associated with multiple
task. It also analysed about active or passive system for implementing the different step of design
by using technique or tool. It also identifies that how it can impact on overall environment.
