According to me, this paper was very much helpful to have detailed knowledge about
the Enterprise Environmental Factors. Both the internal as well as the internal factors which
are responsible for the success and failure of global organizations such as Ford Motors can be
understood from the assignment. All the probable complexities associated with the working
environment of Ford Motors. It can be said that factors in terms of the budget, corporate
culture, economy, and politics these are the most significant factors affected this progress of
Ford Motors. I believe that maintenance of the professional work culture can be very much
important for Ford Motors to grow in this competitive market. Financial management can be
very much important to resolve the financial constraint which this organization might face in
the coming years. It can also be said that the government regulations should be managed in a
planned order so that the organization can grow in a broader way. External and internal
political condition also have a huge impact on the project as well. I think all the available
resources of this organization has to be managed in an organized manner using the resource
management plan. It can be argued that the use of the external and internal environmental
analysis tools can be also very much helpful to understand the current market position of the
organization.
I believe that the tools which are used for measuring the qualitative and the
quantitative impact can have a huge impact on the business sales and marketing strategies of
these organisations. All the improvements made by the other similar organizations can be
monitored and tracked in a professional manner using the SWOT and PESTLE analysis.
However, I also believe that the limitations of these two tools have to be considered while
measuring the quantitative as well as the quantitative impact analysis of Enterprise
Environmental Factors. Business goals and the strategies of the business organizations can be
managed using these environmental factors. I think that the business uncertainties of the
project can be determined using external analysis tools. I believe that detailed examination of

the external, as well as the internal Enterprise Environmental Factors (EEF), can have huge
impact on the regarding the strategic planning of the project. According to me, both the two
different types of stakeholders can be managed and monitored using the EEF as well. The
professional business format which are needed to be implemented in the production room of
Ford Motors can also be understood in the first place using the EEF. All the errors in the
production rooms and the other business strategies can be identified using the EEF. At the
same time, I think that the future directions of the organization can also be set using the EEF,
the performance management of the employees working in this organization can also be
improved using EEF. Relationship with subsidiary organizations and managing any types of
resistance within the organization can also be managed using the EEF. Data is considered as
an asset in this organization which can be managed in a more organised manner in the project
using the EEF. The business models and stakeholder communication plan which are currently
used by this organization can also be reviewed using this concept.
Thus, this unit help in understanding different aspects of Enterprise Environmental
Factor for Ford Motors Corporation.
