AI Summary
This essay presents a comprehensive overview of environmental issues, focusing on climate change and its various effects. It begins by highlighting the increasing global temperatures and the impact on the planet, including rising sea levels and disruptions to wildlife. The essay then delves into the primary causes of these issues, such as deforestation, which reduces oxygen and increases carbon dioxide, and the impact of industrial farming. It also acknowledges the role of airplane emissions while also suggesting that there is no need to boycott them. The essay emphasizes the importance of raising awareness about environmental problems, reducing car emissions by using public transport or walking, and conserving energy at home. It also provides long-term solutions like installing rainwater tanks and recycling. The essay concludes by stressing the importance of even small changes in contributing to the preservation of the environment and planet.

Hello, I am here by to debate on environmental issue and if they are affecting our planet. I
am going to present my argument for the topic. Our planet is going downhill at this moment
and it is almost late to save it. The planet is warming from the North Pole to South Pole. The
average global temperature of the earth’s surface has increased highly around 1.6 degrees
Fahrenheit and in some polar regions more than this and this, issues have started affecting the
planet already. Climate change is resulting in temperature going up non annual basis, resulting in
natural weather cycles being affected, along with rising seas, shifting of wildlife population and
the varied other changes1.
The main causes of climate change and global warming are- the very first issue is deforestation,
Removing trees reduce oxygen and increases carbon dioxide, apart from this burning of
forestland is highly harmful to the environment as it produces high amount of carbon dioxide,
which effects global warming. Another main issue is ranching; the removal of the forestland
produces animal waste, which in return produces a very harmful greenhouse gas named
Methane. Industrial farming is another thing affecting the environment and climate change
although organic farming can be great help in reducing global warming but it also has a lot of
side effects as for shutting seeds and equipment’s need a lot of fossil fuel mainly when
exporting across the world. Well airplane emissions can be very harmful for the environment as
airplanes travel at a very high altitude and they shoot up emissions directly to the layers of
atmosphere, which causes the most damage. Nevertheless, airplanes are a mass transportation
and when airplane is, full it can play a significant role in fuel savings and therefore there is no
need to boycott them2.
It is very important to save our planet and to do this we will have to follow certain steps, first and
foremost it is really important to make people aware of the problems that are planet is facing and
how it can affect our lives in future, it is highly important to reduce car emissions for example:
walking or using cycle for short trips and use of public transport. Another way is reducing the
energy expenditure at our home by using led lights instead of regular light bulbs, turn out the
light and other appliances when not using some of the long term changes which we can do to
prevent the climate change are, installing rainwater tanks, recycling, buying a fuel efficient car
and etc. Even a small change can help in saving our environment and planet.
