Environmental laws refer the regulation, policies and principles which are enforced by
the governments that how human interact with the environments. It is concern that the human
footprints which are living on the planets by them as well as their concerns abut the environment.
The environmental law include the sources of energy, pollution, climate control and corporate
social responsibilities towards the environments. In further discussion, the UK environmental

it is not able to improve the overall performance and the future generation will not be able to
survive easily. If the steps were not taken in immediate basis then the chances of reducing its
negative impact will be lower such that waste disposal is one of the most common form of
environmental crisis that keep polluting the environment and that is why, there is a need to create
a better outcome.

country and most of the people are also facing great challenges and degradation but ……

rivers that increase droughts. Therefore, without any positive effect over the environment, it is

rationale for reducing the crisis is such that food industry is considered one of the biggest course
of carbon dioxide emission so tackling the issue and provide effective outcome within a limited
phase will be beneficial for the country to reduce the negative chances of reducing the issue. It is
not reflected that public is not aware of such things but they actually reduce those products that
causes negative impact over the environments so that climate change do not affected the entire
performance (Sørensen and Noonan, 2022). In household appliance, government is keep
proposed to replace the gas from energy systems that decrease the number of traffic emission so
that effective outcome can be generated. In addition to this, at the global level, it has been
identified that food and water insecurity is considered the biggest environmental problem
because due to lack of raining, the chances of reducing the food insecurity will be high and if it is
increases in the same pace then it would definitely affect the human lives and country’s brand
image.
There are many companies who are facing issue pertaining to environmental crisis which
include IKEA that is one of the top and fast growing furniture company who mainly consumes
more word than any other company. Though the business consumes sustainable product but it is
not possible to change the entire word into a sustainable manner and that is why, it is planning to

change the entire wood by 2030 into a sustainable manner. Thus, there are many example which
clearly reflected that top companies are focusing upon the environmental issue but there is a need
to make decision easily so that effective outcome can be generated (Higuchi, 2020). This in turn
reflected that though government laws and regulations are keep working on it and make
amendments, but there is a need to make changes in the overall laws that help to create a better
outcome. Therefore, a new ethic related to government and administration will be more
beneficial for the company in order to decrease the environmental crisis. Apart from this, water
shortage is the basic issue faced by the country and in England there were many schools have
been forced to close due to lack of water. In order to overcome such issue, Environment Agency
has already warned that if an immediate action does not taken then it will affect the results in
order reduce the shortage of water and this causes negative impact over the performance.
This in turn reflected that each country faces numerous environmental crisis within a
country and this in turn affect the overall performance of a country into negative manner. That is
why, it has been identified that there is a need to provide high knowledge pertaining to the field
and that is why, it will not increase the crisis. It does not mean the government do not make any
efforts in order to improve the crisis but there is a need to make amendments in the issue so that
it might help to improve the performance. As per the article published in 2016, it has been
identified that Environmental emergencies has been put in order to solve the crisis of large spill
of petroleum or toxic waste. In order to evaluate the statement, it has been analysed that
environmental lawyer’s prior training that mainly believed that they are well trained in order to
evaluate the situation and provide a list of companies contribute to toxins. Under Environmental
Protection Agency’s regulatory Framework it has been analysed that there is a need to make
decision and charge heavy penalty in order to make companies realize about the importance of

50% at the year of 1990 but due to human activity it again increases. This in turn critically

introduced new ethic of government and regulatory bodies who keep monitoring the issues and
implement effective steps in order to solve the problem so that best outcome can be generated.

Currently in UK, there are already many laws implemented that help to maintain the
environment in which Environment Act which is a new framework of environmental protection
that provide different rules and nature protection in orders to maintain the risk. The law also
assist to provide emergency services to the country in order to create a better outcome and this in
turn causes better outcome for the welfare of the country. Under the Environmental Act 2021, it
has been identified that there are many pollution level mentioned in the law in which different
actions also introduced that provide authentic results and at the time of crisis, such regulatory
bodies provide a better outcome and improve the results (Adedoyin and et.al., 2021). The

not provided effective outcome then there is a need to formulated the new body that keep
creating awareness related to environmental and sustainability. Otherwise, it will be more

they can provide better outcome. This in turn causes positive outcome to the people so that

conducted, it has been identified that in 2021-22 around 15.8% of the of the environmental crisis
will be increases which is quite high from the previous year (Public Concern Over
Environmental Issues, 2022). This in turn shows that there is need to improve the overall
performance of a country and for that different ways need to be implemented in order to decrease
the number of crisis. Moreover, to pay attention towards the environmentalism and
sustainability, the regulatory bodies need to be authentically create awareness in a public in
which a pamphlet can be distributed, rallies can be performed.
In addition to this, posting the same into a social media will be more beneficial that assist
to generate a deep understanding pertaining to relevant concept. That is why, Douglas (2021)
also supported that environmental sustainability is all about the responsibility that help to
conserve the natural resources and protect the global ecosystem in order to support the health and
well-being so that the future of the people will be saved. In addition to this, it can be stated that
environmentalism is that movement which arose in response to the global environmental crises

that provide theories related to nature and causes of environmental problem. In order to provide
awareness related to this concept, it is suggested to use different medium that help to create a
better outcome and let people know about the importance of environmentalism. Also, with the
help of newspaper and article, government can increase the knowledge pertaining to
environmentalism and sustainability so that effective outcome can be generated that help to
increase the knowledge and control over the human activity. Overall, it can be reflected through
the critical evaluation that due to change in overall knowledge related to existing knowledge,
there is a need to provide tips pertaining to the chosen topic which in turn causes valid outcome
and improve the performance of a country as well.

deforestation increases the carbon dioxide and decrease the oxygen which cause the
environments conditions. Deforestation is also affected the climate change and global warming
(Fuller, 2019). The reason of deforestation is human population growth that cleared the forest for

and oil refineries industries, etc. that are cause the acid rain.
Overpopulation: through the overpopulation, environment are harm because global facing the
resource's shortage such as water, food and fuels which are necessary for the population or
human beings n developing countries. The overpopulation is affect the environments through the
increasing in the birth rates.
Global warming: the global warming is an environmental issues or harm which is occurred by
the increasing in the temperature of the earth due to effect the carbon dioxide or green house
gases. Global warming are also caused by the human activities which include the deforestation,
fossils fuels and increase the industrial areas as well as several gases occur in the atmosphere by
humans that cause in increase the growth rates of the environmental and climate changes which
leads in the causes of global warming (Anwar, 2020).
Public health issues: public health are also caused by the lack of clean water that are the biggest
environmental harms and issues for the living beings. Pollution in air are also cause disease to
living beings like respiratory, cardiovascular disease and heart disease by the unsafe water and
polluted airs. The environmental harms cause the various serious heath problems and deaths
because they live and work in the unhealthy environments. The public health issues is the global
concerns in the environment conditions.

Ocean acidification: the ocean acidification are occurred of the carbon dioxide by the humans
causes the oceans acidity which are directly impact on the marine life. The ocean acidity
affecting the environment and all worlds oceans as well as waterways and that affect the fish
ability to detect the predators in water. This harm the environment because the economic are
depend on the fish as well as food from the oceans for their proteins. This can affect the
insecticide and species which are live in oceans so that are harmful for the environment or affect
the environment (Singh and Rosencranz, 2021).
Ozone layer depletion: It caused by the CFCs chlorofluorocarbons in air which create the hole
in the layer and it is release by the air conditioners, refrigerators and aerosols, etc. there are
various reasons which are responsible for the depletion of ozone layer which are CFCs,
unregulated rockets launches, nitrogenous and natural causes like volcanic eruptions are
responsible for the ozone layer depletion.
Climate changes: climate changes is the affect the weather in lager and harmful affects which
causes the plants that are essentials for the humans as well as occur the new diseases. The
climate changes are causes by the greenhouse gases, solar irradiance and volcanic eruptions
because volcano release the dust and sulphur oxide which harm the environments (Arora, 2018).
The ocean currents and solar radiations are also influenced the climate for the during a periods.
