labour forces, consumer income and many more. This research is based on topic i.e.,
environmental forces that effects on business performance of ibis London City – Shoreditch.
It will be going to discuss several areas of environmental forces that effects on business
performance. Although, it is important to determine each and every factor in effective manner
related to environment because they have wide impact on working of respective hotel.

credential. This is because it is less time consuming as compared to other methods.
Moreover, it is less cost expensive as compared to quantitative approach.
 Quantitative research methods – In this research method data produced are simply
numerical as well as they are analysed by utilisation of mathematical and statistical
methods. Although, in simple term it can be said that if no number involved then it is
not quantitative research. There are several sources of gathering quantitative data such
as survey, observation and secondary data. Main reason for using of this method is
that it helps in gaining reliable information for particualr field.

For conducting this research investigator will use quantitative research method which help
them in gathering relevant information and data related to research topic through survey and
observation.
Data collection methods
There are two method of gathering information and data i.e., primary and secondary
method by using which investigator will able to gather data in effective manner. Explanation
are as follows :-
 Primary data collection method – It is first hand data and information gathered by
investigator own as well as primary data has never published in any books, paper,
articles and so on. Moreover, method of gathering primary data is observation, survey,
questionnaire etc..
 Secondary data collection method – It is a data which already has been published
and investigator collect is according to the topic. There are several methods of
gathering secondary data such as books, journals, articles, paper and many more.
For conducting this research, investigator will use primary method of data collection by using
questionnaire.

consuming which is to be carried out with proper considerations. Thus, it is essential for
investigator to be well aware about reseacrh and elements so that positive outcomes are
