Introduction
The following report is based on the identification of the different environmental
issues in the health care centres of modern days. “Ramsay Health Care” has been
considered as an example. The selection of a particular organization has helped to specifically
identify the different kinds of the issues faced by the management of the mentioned health
care organization in the most efficient manner. Dealing with major health factors, the
hospitals may be able to ensure a continuation of care and services for the patients under all
the different circumstances. There are many issues that can have an impact on the
environment. The issues can include the impact of energy usage, usage of integrated water
purification treatment plants and many more as such. The report has also provided a number
of interview transcripts and has also presented different charts that supports the work in
different manners and makes the study an informative one.
Overview of the issue
“Ramsay Health Care” is a major private based healthcare provider based in
Sydney, Australia. It has spread its operations from Australia to the UK, France, Indonesia
and countries like Malaysia (ramsayhealth.com 2019). The management of the company has
invested a healthy sum of money towards the development of the business and in the current
situation, the company has specialised in surgery, rehabilitation as well as provides
psychiatric care. The large presence of the company has made them one of the largest
employers with around 30,000 different employees working for them. The selection of
“Ramsay Health Care” as the company has helped to throw light on the issues faced by the
management in a much better manner (ramsayhealth.com 2019).
Dealing with the major health factors, the management of “Ramsay Health Care”
must have the capability to ensure continuous changes in care and services for the patients.

operations of the mentioned health care organization of the country (Ali et al. 2017). All
these environmental problems has a strong impact on the business. However, technological
challenges has been the major concern for the organization considering the present situation.
The management of the business has been struggling to find a clear and sustainable solution
to the waste management issue and it has been creating problems for a long time.

Technological development has had a strong and impact on the health sector of the
business organization. The health sector has seen huge developments after the
implementation of the different new technologies. The technological developments in
technology has helped to save the lives of a large number of patient and has been
continuously improving the quality of the life. The technological impact of the business
organization can help in the digitalization of the health records of the individuals and ensure a
better patient care. The implementation o cloud computing and the implementation of new
and advanced business technologies thus makes a broader impact.

aspects can change the operations of the business organization. The management of

Oparah 2016). According to the management of the organization, the failure of the
organization to properly manage all its facilities and its aggressive growth plans has made

management. Attracting investors and new sponsors can solve this problem.

Stakeholder 3- Though funding has been quite of a concern for the company in the
process of applying new technologies, the absence of a strict business regulation on
management of business wastes has led to major confusion among the people who are
in charge of the business operations. The technology needs to be applied in the most
proper manner to ensure business success.
