Environmental sustainability is the responsibility to preserve the natural resources and also
protect the eco-systems in regard of supporting the well-being and health for the present and
future times. Due to the number of decisions which impact the environmental conditions are not
felt immediately as it is the key element of environmental sustainability for the forward looking
nature (Bulut, 2021). In relation with this, the standards of environmental sustainability vary in a
great manner which is based on the local economic, social and environmental conditions. The
following report leads to cover the impact of environmental sustainability over the business
performance across the world. Also, it has been evaluated that why the learning is essential and
how it is useful in personal and professional development.

Impact of environmental sustainability over business
Sustainability is considered as the broad discipline that leads to provide effective vision
into the most suitable aspects of human world from the beginning of business to technology and
social sciences. For this, the core skills which are required in the modern world by looking to
drastically eliminate the carbon emissions and also discover and develop the technologies for the
future. Sustainability skills and environmental awareness is the priority in various corporate jobs
at the graduate level and business to seek towards the new legislations.
Reducing the negative impact of environmental conditions leads to impact the businesses
that improve their sustainability of business (Le, Chang and Park, 2019). If the company is less
dependent over the natural resources than their competitors and also have suitable ways to deal
with increasing costs because of climate change then business will achieve great chance of
success for the longer period of time.
Environmental sustainability put positive impact over the business practices and
performance as running an environmental friendly business helps in reducing the impact of
environment and also preserve the natural resources (Sakao and Brambila-Macias, 2018). In this
context, businesses can help the environment in several methods by using their products that can
eliminate the reliance over natural resources like rainwater tanks, solar hot water system and so
on.

They also lead to use suitable products which are made from recycled material like
furniture made from recycled rubber, office supplies made from recycled plastic etc. Promoting
the environmental friendly methods and set the business apart from the competitors and also
leads to attract new customer base who they want to purchase products and services from the
environmental friendly business.
Environment sustainability in business is a practice that leads to operate without impacting
the environmental conditions in negative manner. For this, the green business functions for the
best interests of both global and local environments as it tends to support the community and
economy that depend on the healthy planet (Cheng, 2019). Along with this, the environmental
awareness among businesses leads to consider more than the profits as it undertakes the overall
impact over the environment and society.
Few businesses are sustainable because it leads to contribute to the health of structure within
which it operates by helping to construct the environmental in which business can thrive.
Sustainable business has lot of benefits over the business like Greening the business leads to
reduce cost of business as a survey of business sustainability found that around 33% of
businesses were integrating the sustainable practices to enhance the operational efficiency and
reduce cost that result in 19% increment from the previous year (The Importance of
Environmental Awareness When Running a Business, 2021).
It improves the image of business as people view the sustainability and green values of
company which is beneficial for them as going green can help them in terms of caring about
money and society as well. With the help of environmental sustainability, companies can earn
more money and boost their bottom line by making their business more sustainable. It leads to
reduce business costs by bring innovative strategies, an improved image and new customers who
value sustainability to increase the amount of money.

From the above discussion regarding the environmental sustainability leads to impact the
business performance that I have analysed that sustainability factor is used for improving the
overall performance of business and also helps them in operating in an effective manner. It has
provided the effective platform where everyone can interact with the customer in direct manner

also improve the overall efficiency. I also evaluated that the environmental sustainability has
helped business to eliminate the cost of labour and provide suitable facilities. I have analysed
that sustainability factor put positive impact over the performance of business and helped in
maintaining the business effectively (Orzes and Sarkis, 2019). Also, I have examined that
through sustainable and CSR practices organisations can achieve suitable growth in business
environment in the national and international market. I have also learned that environmental
factors have helped companies in terms of expanding their business by increasing their customer
base.
Why learning is important
According to me, learning is a critical factor that allows in nourishing and involving the
mind-set of human beings and help them in enhancing their skills in addition to expert lives. I
even have analysed that learning makes us successful to catch and take care of each state of
affairs superficially and cleverly. Learning allows me encouraging myself to achieve higher
dreams in my career. It has helped me in growing higher possibilities in future and help me in
growing my vulnerable capabilities (Yi and et. al., 2018). I even have observed that learning
makes someone greater expert and assist them in developing their profits at the growth
opportunities. Through increasing my expertise, I even have capable of broaden my character as
a man or woman which has helped in getting effective increment in options. Learning has helped
me in constructing my self-assurance and affords me possibility to discover my creativity. It
additionally aids in growing possible connections with different human beings that would assist
me in my destiny and additionally I may want to study new competencies from them.
How learning is beneficial for the future studies and development plan
Learning has helped in maintaining my thoughts have interaction and frame energetic
because it aids me in getting new expertise base evaluations on the arena around me. The
theoretical and realistic mastering has opened doorways for me to discover myself and new
guides which might be useful for me. With non-stop learning, I even have found out that there
are numerous possibilities I may want to draw close in my research on the way to help me
growing my character. It has made my smooth and tough skills grow which includes
communication and time management which provides cost to my character and I may want to
use those in my further career (Quek and et. al., 2018). It additionally assists me in growing
moral behaviour in myself and more desirable my group running competencies on the way to

growth my self-assurance. It will help in developing my social community and offer me
possibilities to study new matters from them in addition to constitute my competencies in the
front of them.

by which they can enhance their strategies (Tan and et. al., 2019). This plan helps individuals in
