Economic sustainability- In order to maintain the economic strategy, My Local App
Company needs to ensure that the forms of cost savings are maintaining. The sustainable
criteria need to meet the long-term plans of the organisation. The cost needs to be based only
on those products that provide assistance for the fulfilment of the organisational goals.
Social sustainability- This can be done by providing education to the local people
about the importance of sustainability. Moreover, My Local App Company needs to focus on
taking up initiatives that take care of the health of the people. The development of a society
can be done by proper analysis of the resources available in the market (Doppelt, 2017).
Environmental sustainability- My Local App Company needs to limit the use of
resources that cause pollution. They need to carry out plans for the long-term sustainability of
the environment. Coutinho et al., (2017) stated that the dumping of wastes needs to be
reduced in order to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Required code of ethics for visitors and employees
Wheeler & Beatley (2017) stated that a code of ethics outlines the mission and value
of a business organisation. These ethical codes need to be followed strictly by the individuals
in order to survive in a society. In the case of workplaces, the code of ethics applies to the
employees working in it. The code of ethics applicable to the employees working in My
Local App Company includes the professional behaviour of the people, respect in the
workplace, knowledge of policies and protocols. Following these can help an organisation to
build good relations with the customers. In this regard, customers visiting the organisation
also need to abide by certain ethical conducts. These include misbehaviour while purchasing
a product, making controversial comments on social status or race and obeying the rules set
out by the company. Hence, My Local App Company needs to have these ethical codes so
that they can manage the visitors and remain successful in the markets of Vietnam.
Requirement of appropriate environmental accreditation
Environmental accreditation is considered as the regulation and development in which
a company needs to abide by the rules and regulations that are set by the regulatory services
(Madeley, 2015). It is considered as a form of corporate social responsibility of an

organisation so that it becomes a registered institute in the society. Moreover, it can also help
an organisation to maintain its wastage and pollution of the environment. In the case of My
Local App Company, environmental accreditation is required to ensure that the company
comply with the environmental laws of Vietnam. Hence, it can be said that My Local App
Company needs to have an environmental accreditation policy for protecting the natural
environment of Vietnam. The appropriate policy that the company can undertake is the ISO
140001 family policy. This standard provides organisations and companies with the tools
required for protecting the environment. A framework is provided with that outline the
essential attributes required for a safe working environment.
Environmental standards required for the business
The environmental standard is considered as a policy that provides guidelines to the
organisations and the society to comply with the environmental requirements. It helps in
regulating the human activities and aims at providing a safe environment (Assembly, 2015).
These standards maintain the components of the environment and provide a proper function
in the environment. These standards vary according to the region and country. For example,
in a country like Vietnam, the environmental standards deal with the challenges related to
pollution in the environment. The rapid growth of companies and automobile create a lot of
pollution that affects life on land as well as marine. Thus, for a company, My Local App
Company following the standards is required. The company need to maintain the standards
set by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for the protection of the
environment from industries. The industrial production in the country has increased by 15%
over the past decades. Hence, it is important that the industrial waste of My Local App
Company be dumped in an area that is secured outside the society. This can help the
company to comply with the environmental standards of Vietnam.
Environmental risk faced and mitigation techniques
Lu et al., (2015) stated that every company faces environmental risk during the time
of establishing a company. The compiling of the legal and environmental laws poses threat to
the companies particularly during the expansion of it in foreign lands. My Local App
Company faces similar situations in Vietnam. The country is said to have strict rules
regarding business organisations and the wastes they dump in the soils. This proves to be a
huge challenging factor for the companies as it may create an irregularity in the business.

Apart from this, the development of the company by extracting the land also creates certain
disadvantages. These disadvantages include uprooting the trees to make a place for the
company. Hence, environmental degradation can be caused due to this. This threat can be
mitigated by scanning the environment in a proper manner. Following the rules and
regulations of the environment, My Local App Company can maintain the balance between
sustainable environment and sustainable development of resources (Holden, Linnerud &
Banister, 2017).
Impact of social community and other users
The impact of setting up such an app can help the community to develop more
technically. The parking app can allow people to find a good position to park their cars while
going to visit the place. At the same time, it may increase the rate of vehicles. This may have
a negative impact on the community as the rate of air pollution can increase. Hence, it can be
said that the application developed by My Local App Company can have a positive as well as
a negative impact on the environment in Vietnam (Le Blanc, 2015). The ways to mitigate this
is by restricting the number of parking lots so that only a few cars can be present at a time.
