also looks at managing natural resources in an organization. Some of Environmental regulation
of New south Wales are as follows:
Protection of Environment legislation Amendment act 2011 is the Environment
regulation which has to be followed by the organization operating in New South Wales. This act
used to promote that all the organization in the nation has to make sure that they looks at the
pollution level of the nation. Some of the highlight of this act is Pollution incident notification
requirement, Duty to prepare and implement response management plan against implementation
of pollution and Licensees are require to monitor result of pollution.

NSW government has produce a resource recovery strategy in the nation to reduce the
amount of wastage in the nation. Government of AU has produces a waste Avoidance and
Resource recovery strategy for 7 year starting from 2014-21. In this strategy the organization has
taken the initiative to reduce the waste as state government agencies, local government and the
broader community all will work together to reduce the amount of waste in the nation. In this
strategy target was delivered in the organization by the way of initiative Water less, recycle
more. In this strategy government. Elements which was consider by organization to achieve the
strategy are describe in below diagram.

Solar Energy: This energy is generally used by the organization to produce electricity in
the organization. This is done in the organization by the way of installing solar panel in the

Fossil Fuel: Coal, gasoline, natural gas are another important energy resource used by

in the organization till date.

 Ambient lightning: It is the type of the lighting which is common light which allow the

 Task Lightning: Task lightning is the lightning which allow the different staff in the
organization perform the different specific task in the organization. Genrally for the
purpose of reading menu or cooking. This lightning used to consume approx of 24 Kwh
electricity in an organization on a day basis.
 Accent Lightning: It is the type of lightning in the organization which is designed to
bring drama in the restaurant and help company in improving the presentation of different
activity. This lightning used to consume 16 Kwh of the electricity per day in the
restaurant.

Generally there are 2 Ac which are there in the organization first one is the big Ac of 4
ton at the center of the Dining and another one is placed at the entrance of the restaurant which is
of 4 ton. There is only one heater in the organization that is at the center of main Hall. AC in the
organization used to consume 26 Kwh per day, whereas Heater used to consume 24 Kwh per

There were no such environmental breach which was found in the audit. On indirect
which was recognized by me but I am not that sure of that breach in the organization. Breach
was that the water was not disposed in the write way. Waste water disposal system was also not
clear to many in the organization, so there is chances that it may impact the environment of the

organization. Reason behind the same is that there is very complex work force process in the
restaurant. Organization can element some of the activity from it to improve the efficiency of the
