There have been diverse range of meanings regarding the purpose of education due to several
definition by the educator towards their values and experiences. Due to the differences in their
believes, the context of education and the experiences of the learners in the current day will also
be different. My believe regarding education encompasses the whole person this will a at the
heart of my educator behaviours. According to my personal inside the purpose of the school
should be one which desired to equip all the students to be productive citizens within the local
community together with having the ability all the students to compete in the global society. It is
further more important for the schools to provide multiple opportunities of learning which would
offer each of the student and quality of education together with promotion of respect for equality,
diversity e as well as social fairness.
My philosophy of education states that children tends to learn their best when they are being
taught under specific conditions and at certain ways. Some of these conditions include children
experimenting with the topic examples that are being taught. I personally believe that children
learn by the action or by what they does the child tends to have a better understanding of what is
being taught. Another effective way which I think that might be applicable to the children in the
learning process is by imparting knowledge and making them do some activities in small groups
with fellow children in the classroom. I believe this technique of working in a small group will
be effective as the children can come up with innovative ideas and strategies to solve any
challenge.as per my personal opinion this entire process is beneficial for the children because it
helps them to learn together with helping others.
Children’s of the students should be treated as individuals who bring along a unique range of set
of abilities and needs to the classroom. Students should be responsible for their own learning
specifically since they grow and mature. This core belief of my philosophy towards education
represents a wide range of combination targeting three different classical educational
philosophies. These are idealism, neo-thomism and existentialism.
Idealism, being the oldest philosophy known to the man is the philosophy of education that
would closely emulate my own perspective. I believe that Idea list have different opinion

the mind. I do not agree with the aspects of extensialism, but I do support its belief that places a
major amount of emphasis over individuality. The existentialist believes the primary role of the
teacher is towards the facilitation of opportunities for learning and thereby initiating
improvement of learners success.
Role of teacher in education
I believe one of the primary roles is to teach the students to develop their own personalities
while making some responsible choices. The teachers play several multifaceted roles in the life
of the students each and every day. Firstly, I believe that the educator must have immense love
for the students of children together with a passion followed by the desire to make some positive
differences in their lives. It is the role of the teacher to content responsibility together with the
provision of save environment respecting cultural diversity. In case the students feel secure and
valued within their environment, it increases the chances towards success. I believe that a good
teacher is not the one who rules like a dictator but instead they are those who respects each and
every individual and acts as a mental or a guide for them.it is important for the educator's to
develop the curriculum depending over the requirement of the students so that it is designed for
meeting the needs of the learners followed by guiding them towards success. Educators in the
context of education also have the responsibility for modelling moral and ethical behaviours
among the students. Finally I believe that educator's should always treat their students with
respect and as individuals who bring unique set of abilities and play the role of a guide to help
them walk in the right direction off the path that would make them achieve success.
Education as a normative enterprise
I have witnessed a wide range of teachers and styles throughout my education experience. I was
in classes which had a significant impact on my life, as well as others that left a pure influence. I
have been able to distinguish between the characteristics that a good teacher includes and those
that do the opposite. I recognize that a successful teacher can teach in-and out - of-the-school
lessons, develop a personal relationship with his or her learners and recognize them even into
their adult life.

I've collected information about what characteristics characterized an outstanding educator by
analyzing the traits of former teachers in my life, my own abilities, and my own thoughts on
teaching.
Education is normative in a number of ways. While the following is not a comprehensive list, the
normative essence of learning is likely enough to be seen. Secondly, education is deliberate
Education preparation and execution is not arbitrary; it is planned for the future. Education is of
importance, because it is systematic and intentional. In academic terms what we value as
individuals and as people are driven and articulated. Human beings do not only physically
replicate themselves; they are human beings, and they participate in cultural evolution.
We try to replicate what we think our way of life is most valuable. Education is deliberate,
purposeful and meaningful and requires decisions about a way of life for people, families and
community. In addition, choosing from a traditional point of view includes moral as well as
political justification.
Perennialism would be the teaching technique I prefer to support. Perennialism claims that
learning should not only concern one's own mind, but also teaching values which will influence
the student forever. Perennialism emphasizes on individual growth in order to make students feel
worthy and important, and I believe it is necessary for a long time to succeed. Perennialists are
also most focused in tested and practical teaching techniques that were capable of disciplining
the mind of a pupil.
We also agree that learners need to have a broader, analytical and creative way of thinking. The
assessment or an evaluation is a key component of the education The evaluations are not only
used to figure out how much students have achieved, but can also be used to test teaching
methods by educators.
From a student-oriented point of view, I believe that each student is different with their personal
methods of learning and with their specific needs and souvenirs. As an educator, I have a
responsibility to explain their talents and provide an atmosphere which will promote optimal
learning and address the individual needs of each student. I assume that studying in a classroom
should be a safe and comfortable environment for the student.

Children should know that their teacher values. As an educator, it will be my duty to create such
an environment. An environment in which they feel like home, no matter whatever the student
is. I think the child should trust that they will improve. ⠀I believe in keeping faith on each of
the students. I often think that the pupil level ought to be open but powerful. Each and every
child deserved to be contested towards reaching their fullest regrading their potential.
Conclusion
Throughout the entire essay I elaborated my personal opinion regarding education and teaching.
My philosophy towards education includes my belief that knowledge must begin with inspiration
and motivation. Education must not be e restricted in any school curriculum for the students but
must include a wide array of aspects which will help them in their journey towards life. Teaching
and learning is a simultaneous journey for both the educator's and the learners followed by
genuine intensity of the teacher for learning and the willing to participate in the process of active
teaching in the classroom. Employing constructivist methods regarding teaching at once
classroom enables the learners to take active role in the education by facilitating choices
followed by resumption and responsibility towards intelligent discovery and inquiry. I believe
that the teachers need to use several approaches to reach each and every student the need for the
requirement of every student is unique and different. I believe that you caters only use one
method to teach should not be in the classroom since they are obviously not reaching all of the
students. My philosophy towards education includes approaches such as visual learning, auditory
learning and kinesthetic learnings. Regarding my philosophy towards education I furthermore
believe that the curriculum of education should be much flexible. Parents of the students should
also be involved in their child’s education. It is just not the job for the Teachers to educate the
children's but also the responsibility of the parents to look after the skills and the knowledge the
child is receiving. I want to be a teacher myself someday and I plan on using several different
methods of teaching like cooperative learning, technology based learning and group discussion. I
believe that every child is capable of learning and being an educator it will be my job to be a
warm demander, a coach and a friend who will be standing by the side of the students and giving
them the correct tools for learning. Teachers and learners create a beautiful learning environment
which is just not a place for the teacher to contribute only but a place with collaborative setting. I

of education as illustrated by John Locke, the desire towards Liberty is specifically important.
The author of the article illustrated Liberty not as a complete absence of restraint, but as the
factor that entails the sense of independence within action. The author of the research study
stated Liberty as a factor that gives children satisfaction towards the industry. While many
philosophical ideas may argue regarding the love for play games by the children due to the
excitement and their imagination for amusement, John Locke argues that Liberty is the one and
only factor that gives true relish as well as delight within ordinary play games. The pillars of a
further mode instead that the love towards Liberty is one of the beneficial acid to the reasonable
man. This is because each and everyone can bear the denial from himself then from anybody
else. The philosopher explained the understanding capability of the children is intact and their
desire needs to be treated rationally. For treating the children rationally it is important to treat
them not out of any passion but at a sensible manner. A child might not be capable of generating
any abstract principles what the philosopher insisted that day recognise the development of
rationality within others followed by taking bride in participating within the experiences.
The author illustrated within the essay that it is not and appropriation regarding the reputation for
John Locke for describing the power of reputation which in the society both as positive and
negative factors. The feelings of a discussed how is team as a factor in some of the countries
leads to blood shade while, at some others it fosters the means of living. The philosopher in the
research article highlighted the reputation is not the true measure and principle towards virtue
and thus divine acceptation as well as obeying god is much more appropriate.
In the context of Liberty the philosopher stated that since children naturally love Liberty, there
lies a desire to be treated rationally which makes sense while they become sensible regarding
commendation and praise. From the dichotomy of blame and praise the philosophers stated that a
child have the major tendency to gain a liking as well as an inclination towards the hatred and the
right of vice. The children will then learn how to properly interact with in the society as well as
at a pleasant virtue. Some of the major factors regarding John locke’s perception towards early
childhood education related to the identification and studying of child natural temper. The
philosopher’s states that while the child is in the developing face of a habit it is the responsibility
of the parents to observe his kill and learn what he is fit for on the basis of his work handling
traits. While instructing parents to analyse the children’s capabilities, John Locke explains that in
