Save your outputs:
 To complete Quiz 1, you need to open the ‘KidsIntake 2019S1QM.dta’ data set from
Blackboard under the “Assessments  Assessment 1_Quiz 1 Assessment
Description” in Blackboard.
 When you are answering your questions in Quiz 1, you need to save relevant outputs for
Questions 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 17, 20, 22, and 24 as a WORD document using this template
and save it with a file name as: SURNAME_StudentID_Quiz1.docx. For example,
George Smith will save his outputs as SMITH_12345678_ Quiz1.docx.
 This word document need to submit as evidence to support your answers.
Submit your outputs
Step 1: When you answered all 25 question in Quiz 1 thru the link
“Assessments  Assessment 1_Quiz 1  QUIZ 1 (QMEPID6001)” in Blackboard, you will
need to submit your outputs document in Question 26, which allows you upload your outputs
file. Marks will be deducted from your total score (0.5 mark for each missing output) if you
do not provide the outputs.
Step 2: After completed your Quiz 1, you will need to submit the same word document of
your outputs to Turnitin via the “Assessments  Assessment 1_Quiz 1Turnitin_Quiz 1
(Outputs)” link. Your assignment (quiz) will NOT be marked until it has been submitted
to Turnitin.
Description of data set KidsIntake 2019S1QM.dta:
This quiz uses information from a fictitious study: A sample of 2-3 year old children
(n=66) in WA was randomly selected and their dietary intake were measured. The following
fictitious data set KidsIntake 2019S1QM.dta contains the results with regard to these
children’s energy, iron and vitamin C intake. The dietician conducting the study implemented
a small intervention, aiming to improve parents’ knowledge on children’s nutritional
requirements and healthy eating. The parents’ knowledge (% statements answered correctly)
was measured twice: prior to and after the intervention. The variables contained in the data
set are given as follows in Table 1:
