EPM5700 Project Management: IT Centre Development Plan - Stage 2

This document presents a project execution plan for the development of a new Information Technology Centre. It includes a work breakdown structure (WBS), organizational breakdown structure (OBS), and responsibility assignment matrix (RAM). The plan outlines tasks, durations, and logical relationships, visualized through a Gantt chart. Cost estimations are provided based on the WBS and listed activities. Furthermore, a risk register using RBS (Risk Breakdown Structure) is included, along with a sub-contractor schedule for key tasks. This plan covers the initial stages of the project, from land acquisition to IT system development and testing, culminating in handover and project closure.
