INTRODUCTION
Electronic portfolio is basically collection of electronic evidence that assembled or
managed by the web, users. It includes input text, images, files, blogs and hyperlinks. It
demonstrates of user abilities and platform for managing the business aspects. This
documentation will describe the three different portfolios and also understanding the concept
behind the approach. Furthermore, It will analyse the process and modelling to determine the
need or requirement of enterprise.

Business process strategy and organizational process or structure
Business process strategy is one of the most common aspects that can perform action in
the business development process. The enterprise is mainly concerned about the quality and
improvement of enterprise culture or environment (Holmes and et.al., 2018). In organization,
manager has many difficulties faced from the outset because of process complexity (Business
strategies' theory. 2018). Strategies are developed through the planning to handle every task
according to development and growth. It views to consider the resources which based on the firm
accurately performing operations and functions.
Strategic Management Models-
This model is applied in the business process to use the financial resources and also
increase the capability and ability (Strategic management model. 2018). The resource based
attempts to help the organization for identifying the suitable resources that control and manage
the functionality (Sanaei and Sobhani, 2018). This strategy is mainly focused towards the
business process to calculate the estimation of budget and other competitive advantages. It helps
to find the disadvantage where they can impact on the process.
Situational analysis
It the main phase of analysis to implement the strategic management model that involves
for assessing the current environment. There are different type of framework participate in
performing role as analysis.
