a degree in business
management
Cultural and behavioural expectations are
having their great role in forming the
behaviour of a student. As I have a bit idea
of cultural and behavioural expectations
and how it affects the study. Cultural and
behavioural norms are set by the society
and are varying in different circumstances
too.
The role of culture in learning is very
significant it not only affects the
appearance of the student but what I have
personally seen it is behind their progress
in education and behaviour as well. We are
social animal and on daily basis get
interacted with so many elements like our
family, peers, fellow students, society, etc.

what I personally experienced that the
behaviour of students is getting formed by
these all elements which is ultimately
responsible for their overall personality.
Cultural aspects are very diverse in their
grasp as I myself experienced that the
culture in which we brought up not only is
behind what we are but also decides that
what we would be to heavily responsible.
I have learnt a lot from my

As I have made my own
experience diverse and
learnt that how by forming

would do better in my

tutors and fellow students,

Different cultures are having their different
sets of learning and the way they shape up
people thriving inside. For instance, I have
seen some cultures where people are very
outspoken and they keep ignited their self
and others too which is behind their
behaviour as well. Such students have been
seen more aggressive and ready to face
challenges. I have also seen some other
cultures as well which are based on basic
principle of conventionalism, behaviour of
such students would always be timid in
nature and it would also affect their
learning outcomes too.
So altogether I reach to the conclusion that
cultural aspects are playing significant role
in influencing the behaviour of students,
which is utterly behind the behavioural
expectations and their formation.

In the module I have also learnt the role of
peers and team in our learning. Since I
have earlier this notion in my mind that
learning is the process in which only
specialists can help so I had strong belief in
only educators and other tutors for
enhancing my learning outcomes. But over
the time in the module I have seen the
other dimensions of learning as well. It is
not always essential to grab knowledge
form just teachers and other specialists but
sometimes peers and group can also teach

Team working is the practise in which I had
worked with my fellow students on a
project which has been a wonderful
experience. Working with fellow students
helps too much in many ways like while
solving problems using experience of them,
increasing the potential of innovation since
all the students in the team come with
different set of knowledge, they also help in
understanding those inner elements which
cannot be traced by the teacher due to lack
of proper intimacy. Working with team
members also make us seen the ability of
others which can be inculcated for our
betterment. I have seen my teammates to
work differently to achieve team target so
this nature of cooperation can be
developed by only experiencing working
with team.
After going through the practice I learnt
that the person who learns to work with
team can enhance its ability to perform
better as a manager and leader in its life by
utilisation of the knowledge and experience
members and how to lead
people. So in my career I
will be able to take
advantage of this thrived
skills working as a manager
or leader.
While working with peers
and taking advantage of
their skills and set of
individual ability to perform
certain tasks has motivated
me and also exposed the
conventional conception
that we should learn from
tutors and other authentic
sources.
I will be using this
knowledge in my
professional life too for
building batter career.
While working as a manager
I will use this knowledge to
build a strong team which
can work by reaching their
apex potential.
