I have learnt from the behavioural expectations which
is defined as large goals for behaviour or common
ways which teachers would to act like children. Apart
from this, how the employees and managers behave in
an organisation so that work can be in an effective
manner. They need to display a respectful and positive
attitude, in a responsible manner represent the
organisation and able to work with integrity and
honesty (Safari and et.al., 2018). The managers must
have the ability of transparency with the superiors, co-
workers and other employees. It will help to increase
the chances of workers to successful and eliminates the
confusion in order to achieve the goals or objectives

employee or manager need to be responsible regarding

The importance of peer-to-peer
support and team working to enhance
learning experience (Document 2)
In this module for the first time I got to know about the
knowledge of importance of team working and peer to
peer support which I can able to learn from the tutors
rather than from fellow students (Thongsri and et.al.,
2018). Here peer to peer learning is a type of training
strategy and mutual learning where employees are
teaching their colleagues or subordinates. It plays an
important part as it encourages collaborations and
connectivity because they learn to work together and
interact with each other. It helps to boost employees
well-being and morale through developing the self-
confidence and skills among them. It makes it easier in
the environment to learn new skills which includes
four stages that are obtaining knowledge, applying the
knowledge, receiving constructive feedback and
reflecting on lessons and skills learned (Avelar, da
Silva-Oliveira and da Silva Pereira, 2019).
