INTRODUCTION
Graduate challenges in the biggest aspect in their university’s student nowadays. There rea
various issues which the tends tend to have the face. In report will have the inclusion of the three
differ challenges which will be make proper analysis of the skills and developed the action paln
to improvement it.

Presentations challenges
Presentation challenge regarding the provide proper presentation about the Marriott company
and its features, products and services in the meeting. The challenges occurred during the
presentation is the ineffective communication and representing power. The biggest challenges
are less eye contact, lack of confidence, lack of time management, lack of organization and
attention to audience. Lack of confidence and nervousness is biggest challenges occurred during
my presentation in meeting. Allowing time to practice and prepare helps speakers for gain from
the audience to track the message (Witriana., 2020). Time management is also a main factor in
the meetings and presentation. Speak run overtime and have not adequately timed the delivery
of material and audience doesn’t want to hear proper topic all are the diverse impact of the lack
of time management. The audience in the presentation also affect by small disturbances such as
slow voice, mismanagement during the presentation etc. were the main challenges faced by me
during my presentation. Lack of organization also decreased the efficiency of presentation. I lose
the credibility by not spending enough time gathering and organizing material. This are related to
the attempting to speak on the fly invitee’s disaster. Lack of attention to audience, it’s the major
issue in meeting that audience attention is less because failing to relate to the material to the
audience and to maintain eye contact, so these are main challenges occurred in my presentation.
T shirt challenges
The T shirt challenges in regarding the creation of the design on the t-shirts which will have the
clear level of illustration of the creativity of our teams. The theme for the awareness regarding
suitable development campaign which is launched by the company Tesco. There theme of the
challenges has the illustration to make the selling the of maximum t shirts which graphics 3 d
imprint which turn out to be very appealing (Chu and et.al.,2017). The t-shirt challenges among
the group of the student in the lass have the created the more level of competition in order to
indulge as the successful power in gaining more level of comparison. As working in the team of

the t shirt challenges, I have faced the difficult regarding the managing the keep issues in the
terms. Actuals all the member is the teams have the different perfection regarding the challenges
and illustrated in creating the significant level of issues. This have the challenges which make
the clear level of specification in term of the increase in the data interspersions which have the
being in the place of there all properly regardless of the care, creed colour. The programmes have
welcomed all the level of participants in the term of participating the extraordinary challenges.
As the analysis of the team, there is the consideration of social loafing with tends many and more
declared to works and some are not tasking the initiative. In this situation I have analysis the
emotional quotient and have motivates everyone in the team to works as the majority tasking the
conceptacle idea. While motivation the team member I have analysed I need to make proper
level of modification and improvement the leadership skill so that’s in the next challenges or any
other team work I can successfully make the proper level of guidance t the team member in the
effective manner. communication and preseasons skills were the weakness as the adhering the
different aspect of t shirt which can be imprinted with the development of sustained ideas (Van
Deursen, Helsper and Eynon, 2016). We have all selected the different picture to be imprinted on
the t shirts and by having the proper level of discussed we have decided the imprint of the t-shirt.
Hotel challenges
The hotel challenges is reagreeing the looking for the audits and the customer target of the
company which will be helpful in attaining the major level of revenue and profits to the company
in the sustained manner. so as the team wok we have the taken the hotel Hilton as looking as the
operation and finance department to make the proper level of evolution of every the targets
customer hand vetoable level of the promotion scheme the company is having the usage increase
the firm profitability and business. As the team we have properly distributed the work in the
effective manner as finding the schemed is the major issues. To have the proper managing of the
people so considered to be there part time consuming aspects (Utley, 2018). This have term to
be the amor challenges for the team to attain the hotel challenges.
After all, by getting hard to understand the different business aspect we have succeed in making
the involvement of the all the important information which is necessary to make the proper level
of analysis of the business. but latterly we all have the realization that we all are weak in the
handling the business decision. As in the group of hotel challenges there in the major level of
challenges du to the long information and time tasking process. The team have significantly have
