INTRODUCTION
Graduate obstacles are indeed the challenges faced primarily by the applicant during his /
her schooling, and they play an important part in developing his / her abilities and capacity to
control potential business problems (Chan, 2015). This report includes the e-portfolio, which
also explains exactly the various challenges facing students during their training, the
qualifications necessary to address it and the implementation plan.
TASK
Apprentice Challenge (during Induction Week)
It is a time for a person to know about company and the direction wherein the project is
carried out by an established employee in the company. During my apprenticeship, I happened to
come across the many difficulties like operational activities in which I discovered my
task difficult several times as I wasn't very clear and everything is new to me. Another challenge
I face in my apprenticeship is that I don't recognize how to treat professionalism adequately to
maintain the financial record of activities.
Skills: During my apprenticeship training, I will acquire a variety of abilities which are
critical for the successful working of a person. As a trainee, I had already allocated a number of
jobs to come into contact with my supervisor in order to execute things to all of them and request
information to be managed. Despite that, I discovered the presentation skills to be very critical
while going to report mostly on performance of myself, because when I show my own work, I
must view each task together with why it is accomplished and how long is set for it. As well as
this team capacity, it is important that I work together as a team during my apprenticeship,
because in case a person does a job, all teamwork is impaired.
Action plan: I have chosen to gain new skills to something I can recognize my training
difficulties in order to be successful in my potential career. I agreed to engage in group meetings
to develop my listening skills so that I could have assurance that I can communicate and handle
the problem more proficiently in order to build skills in 4 months. Otherwise, I will use the tricks
I learned from my apprenticeships to focus on improving my business acumen, so I will start
making my teachers available for someone like me to support my inaccuracy (Duckworth and et.
al., 2017).

Presentation Challenge
There are many issues facing is faced by an individual while giving a presentation mostly
on business activities for just a current proposal within the enterprise. The biggest difficulty for
an employee at the moment is to describe the procedures that will be carried out if a transition is
to be made in a manner that affects the role and the duty of the employees.
Skill: For this obstacle I get an understanding of a range of skills a person needs to execute
very effectively. The most important knowledge required by employees is cooperation, as though
the speaker cannot express his idea underneath him, the entire efforts are unnecessary and he
should be good at knowledge and skills in order to present them. However, management
expertise is extremely important, because it supports the timely completion of the work and helps
the demonstration in a fixed amount of time, such that the information flows by ensuring
adequate period.
Action plan: For improving my communication skills, I chose to take online courses so
which I can append imagination when I start preparing presentation that aid in trying to capture
the attention of the public. For that though I agreed to take an exclusive-month course for
this and actually participated in conversations, classroom lectures, group discussions for at least
six months to improve my interpersonal skills so that it could enter my procedure as well as for
the utilization of information I agreed to establish the moment for each slide and afterwards start
practicing it so that I can learn how to handle the time.
T-shirt Challenge
The main struggle is branding, where selecting a suitable company logo will draw attention
to guarantee the quality of the brand. The next challenge concerns pricing when the choice of a
suitable pricing strategy is essential as it does not sustain the attraction of clients, but also helps
to come to terms with the getting progressively, so that the great obstacle exists throughout the
market value a product has to sell. The third issue is related with T-shirt design i.e how to design,
which materials and methods to be accepted, as well as how to advertise the same (Mok and
Jiang, 2017).
Skills: I and other staff member assigned an effective team for having to work on T-shirt
print and have finally agreed to use my communication skills to remove errors in order to ensure
that every individual can carry out their work obviously. We also decided to arrange a timetable
each operation in the time that the activities take longer. We understand that marketing skills are

of tremendous value from this work. After planning the T-shirt, we need to plan to explain the
experiences we experience during the competition and what is special about our job about order
to purchase T-shirts.
Action plan: I realize the importance of getting specific skills during these T-shirt
competition, which lead to coping with many issues like organizational abilities that help making
it understandable and execute acts without errors. Good time management enable complete
projects in a timely way, teamwork tends to boost quality of work and reduces pressure and
profitability of producing a product so quickly. This is why I have taken the decision to attend a
seminar to improve the language skills so that I can know the necessary antiquities needed within
six months. Besides this, I wanted to take online courses with an estimated length to acquire
outstanding writing and presenting skills 3 months (Ravichandran and et. al., 2017).
CONCLUSION
In the end of report, it is concluded that, key goal behind the planning of the E-portfolio is to
illustrate problems that can be established during the conduct of such operations, as well as to
make them more transparent, in order to allow an efficient execution of the action plan. We
know to use excellent sheet to document the amount and quality of all materials used in making
T-shirts.
