INTRODUCTION
Introduction:
Equal opportunities is an state of behaviour in fair manner in which every one should be

non discrimination or equal opportunities states that every one should be get equal opportunities
for their education, employment and benefits and other fields also irrespective of age, sex,
religion and ethical performance and many more attributes. This research report is based on
Hotel Hilton which is an global brand name by giving full fledged services of hotels and
restaurants to give delighted experience under one roof to their consumer base in positive way.
This research report is based on role and importance of equal opportunities for an individual as
well as organisation to deal in effective manner.
Background of research:
Equal opportunity also known as equality of opportunities which is an idea that people

A research problem is an statement related to the problems or concern which should be
improved by an organisation by conducting research and development and by applying various

civil rights to build equality for minorities and women. There are some important articles in

organisation face some problem of data accuracy that are very much potential for an organisation

information should be collected not give proper data base that require to get important insights
out of research. To get right kind of output organisation have to accumulate all necessary
information that helps in taking right decision. So it is very much important to make reforms in
organisation works and activities as per the demand in market.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is very much obligatory to bring reforms in works that done in an organisation on basis
of many factors. For a researcher it has been recommended that they have to build effective goals
and objectives that helps in giving direction while conducting research. Researcher have to take
large sampling size so that accurate results should be accomplished to reach at desirable goals
and objectives. In order to data should be collected from different sources so that diversity helps
in taking important decision to reap out important results to get establish in market by evaluating
different aspects in positive way.

From the above research report it has been summarised that equal opportunities is very
much important for an organisation as well as for a individual. Equal opportunities not only gives
