In the perspective of organisation, the role of equality and diverse workforce it comprise
about the equal opportunity driven in the internal premises of an organisation, To attain certain
goals and objectives, for particular company they require to measure their performances and
implement different sort of strategies and policies which are under policies or compliances
oriented that leads to the successive planning and support to accomplish the proper gaols at
particular period of time (Polonsky and Waller, 2018). In this research report, the organisation is
considered Accor Hotels, It is French multinational hospitality venture that owns, and having
many franchise hotels and luxuries resort related properties. In this report the topic is covered
literature review with assuming the aims and objectives, elaborating project management plan,
explanation of Gantt Chart, research methods and reflection of research.
Task 1.

The role of Equality and Diversity is most essential part of the business aspect where it
needed to maintain and having regular practise could bring positive working environment. By
enhancing different traits of policies implement by the specific business which procure the work
specification improves along with employees productivity through which favourable outcomes
generates. From the influence of equality and diversity policies, business can increase their
accountability to accomplish their targets with high efficiency (Rowden, 2017). For further
aspect it requires the aims and objectives where little modification is incurred and it also provide
guidance to attain overall objectives which can be fulfil through research aims and objectives.
Aims:
“ To measure the different kind of policies that is assort by the organisation to enhance
the practise of Equality in the workplace activities.” This case is based on Accor Hotels.
Objectives:
To identify the role of the equality and diversity in the workplace.

enhancing the equal treatment where it will allows the positive environment (Halibozek and

factors of project management plan that defines and evaluate the main aspects on going project is
provided below:
Cost- It represent the amount of expanses and actual cast incurred for carrying out various
expenses and activities associated with a research work. Basically it represent the total amount of
finance and monetary funds needed to carry out and complete a research project. For this
particular project lead out on Accor hotels following estimated budget is prepared (Mirakyan and
Golomejic, 2019).

At the time of conducting the research, I have gain and scrutinize more knowledge and
information related with equality and diversity as its impact on the business. It is the basic
understanding of organisation culture which they opted for better equality and diversity enables
in their positive workplace for enhance skills and other competency attributes of individual
employees as they retain motivated and accomplish the targets which would generates positive
outcomes. When I collected data information related to the my research topic it makes obsessed
and found very interesting agenda to study about equality and diversity practise in Accor Hotel
venture, as this organisation comes under Hospitality industry (Butler, Vijayasarathy and
Roberts, 2020). By applying different research method to deeply analysation through which I
have gained many learning knowledge and faces challenges when I implies Quantitative research
Method for basic framing of questionnaire to measure and collects the actual facts and findings
apart from it I implemented both primary and secondary source of data collection for collecting
the data information and manage to fit in questionnaires to highlight the respondents perspective
about equality and diversity in Accor hotel. By approaching of Gantt chart representation it
shows the total timing consumption for conducting the research. I have faces many sort of
challenges while making with interaction with the employees as their behaviour get fluctuates
when they get assigned the high work pressure in different situation. Therefore, it was very hard
to understand and interpret as per their perception that implies certain changes. But it is
formulated that the company induces different strategies and take adequate and needed initiative
in order to make certain modification (Baker and Burga, 2016). At the moment of research
project completion it have generates the essentials factor that improves project as valuable as I
have worked on project management that depicts about the overall expenses incurred in research
that support to the flexibility of services to indicates the implementation of resources, quality,
cost, time and scope etc. that modified the changes in systematic manner. I get the support from
questionnaire and with the help of it able to collect the appropriate information which is needed
to conclude the impact of equality and assortment within the business (Whyte, Stasis and
Lindkvist, 2016). Through this I had tried to remain more composed and calm as per the
dependency of work with this make specific decision making along with the support of academic
skills through which perfect result is attained on timely basis.
