It helps the social groups and other governmental bodies to take in
consideration the various options to maintain the equality and diversity in
the society. This will help in meeting the needs and demands of the
company that will help in handling the people with a wide variety of
diversity in the society. This act will ensure that no one is discriminated any
time or any place by anyone o the name of nationality, ethnicity, religion,
caste, gender, color or beliefs. It provides the right to get treated and treat
others with equality and avoiding and preventing any sort of discrimination
or difference. This act will promote the better growth of diversity and
meeting the needs and demands of the user in a better and significant
manner. It will help in improving the social conditions in UK and meet the
needs and demands of the user and other than this it will help in meeting the
needs and demands of the people in a society (Thompson, 2016).
