towards its growth and success. An organisation requires to treat its employees equally and
maintain diverse workplace. Work place discrimination is one of the critical issue that are often
face by employees while working in the organisation. It is the prejudicial treatment in
organisation which may influence hiring, firing, job assignments, promotions, training, salary,
benefits and compensation etc. (Berrey, Nelson and Nielsen, 2017). This research project is
based on Tesco which is one of the well-known grocery and merchandise retailer of United
Kingdom which was established in year 1919. The firm offer variety of products to its customers
all over the world. The company is facing issue associated with workplace discrimination which
impacts the productivity and performance of its employees. In order to address this issues, this
report intent to study the impact of workplace discrimination on employee's performance and
growth of organisation. A case study on TESCO.
