In toady's context diversity and equality are defining human values and right within an
organisation or society(Thompson, 2016)value in competitive marketplace as well as maintain a
good brand image in competitive marketplace.
Main Body
In an organisation diversity and equality play's an essential role in performing business function
and activities in an effective manner. It basically promotes equality of opportunity for employees
and staff members who are working in a business such as every individual are given equal
chance to achieve their potential in an effective manner(Willey,2018). Herein, an entrepreneur
need to maintain equality and diversity among its all employees and staff members that equalise
prevail within workplace. Before coming up with its product in market place of united kingdom
an entrepreneur need to follow norms and regulation regarding employment. Some of the
equality and diversity law and rights for their new employees followed by an entrepreneur are
determined below:
An entrepreneur is creating equality in hiring new employees on the basis of gender such
as providing equal rights and opportunity to both male and female in performing rights
and duties.
Additionally, providing employment to the poor and need ones so that unemployment can
be reduce to such extent. By maintaining equality and diversity law of United kingdom.
Providing flexible working hours to its employee and staff members so that they can
perform their roles and responsibility for organisation as per their comfortable time.
Moreover, an entrepreneur of shining shoes are providing various facilities to their
employees and staff such as insurance scheme, health and safety and job security etc.
The above mention are certain rights and norms that are acquired by an entrepreneur of an
organisation before launching its product in new market place that is United kingdom.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it has been concluded that an entrepreneur need to follow
equality and diversity structure with an organisation so that they can attain sustainability for
longer period of time in competitive market place of same product line.
