different ways that is useful for promoting equality with in organisation. it is essential for me to
promote equality with in organisation in proper and accurate manner. This will lead to have
significant influence over performance and practices of business. In this my role in to develop a
culture of fairness as well as inclusion with in an organisation that will lead to motivate all
employees to successfully and effectively carry out required set of practices. in this my role is to
communicate with all employees irrespective to their age, gender, religion or any other factor.
This will lead to have significant influence over promotion of equality practices along with this
encouraging all individual to take part of business practices.
