This management plan is very helpful in development of the value of proposition according to
way the project has to be executed by the researcher. The Project management plan for this
research is given below:
Cost: This is related to the financial requirement of the research report. In this there is
need to arrange all financial resources so that whole project can be efficiently completed (Natha,

Resources: There are some resources that are required in order to conduct the research.
Such as secondary available sources like journals, newspapers, websites etc. these are very
important to procure information required to collection of the needed information related to
research topic and further analyse it to draw reliable outcomes (Jammaers, Zanoni and Hardonk,
2016).
Risk: there is always situation of high risk that can be faced by researcher because of
non timely completion of research, deficiency of resources, non achievement of laid objectives.
These have to be dealt by researcher in order to avoid such type of pre determined risks (Vickers,
2017). For this there is use of techniques like Gantt chart & WBS to divide the work and allocate
the activities according to available time period.
Communication: In the whole research project there is need to make proper
communication to project manager so that there can tracking of progress. There will be use of

Research Methodology
Research is a systematic study that consist of different stages that have to be performed
by a researcher to achieve its laid down aim and objectives. Research methodology is used for
understanding various techniques and tools that can be adopted for facilitation of collection,
analysis and interpenetration of collected information. The data can be collected from different
secondary and primary available sources.
Primary data: It is the data that is collected by investigator that is first hand and never
been used before (Attfield, and Attfield, 2019). Primary data is very authentic because collected
for the first time. In the present research work there is use of questionnaire as a method of
primary data collection.
Secondary data: It is incidental with the information collection from various exciting
origins that include books, journals, newspapers, articles. There is use of online available
journals and articles for the purpose of collecting information in this research method.
In the present research, investigator adopt both primary as well as secondary sources of
data collection method which aid in attaining the main aim of their research. This will also assist
them in order to gather relevant information related to the topic which will help them in order to
timely complete their research.
Qualitative method:This is a type of data in which there is no use of numerical or
quantifiable information. It consist of direct interview, case study, personal interaction between
researcher and respondent to collect the required information of the target respondents.
Quantitative method: It is a method that is used for collection of data that is expressed in
form of charts and graphs (Wied, And et. 2020). In this method there is collection of information
by use of questionnaire and then further based on this interpenetration are done to draw relevant
recommendations. There are 40 respondents who are part of this target segment of respondents
who are employees of the organisation Sainbury's. This method is used for conducting the
research and draw some relevant solutions related to its findings.
In context of approaches used in the present research, investigator adopt quantitative
research approach so that they will be able to gather all the information in an effective manner

which is used by researcher as they adopt quantitative method which is one of the best and most
effective method.
Sampling- It is a process of examining the observation which undertaken from large
population. It is statistical approach which used by to perform analysis in proper manner. IN this
units are being selected on the basis of whole population. This process is divided into two
approaches which is probability & non-probability approaches. In given report 40 respondents
have been taken. Both these approaches of sampling are essential & gives detailed information
about specific field. Probability sampling is defined as choosing of samples from group in
systematic and organised way whereas non- probability is defined as selecting of units from
population in with non-random. In this opportunity of selection is not known whereas in
probability chances of selection opportunity is known.

(Quinlan, and et.al., 2019). There is a need to make sure that project is timely completed. WBS
helps in getting the work divided in manageable activities. This also helps in achievement of
higher efficiency as there is no overlapping of activities that takes place in whole research work
Gantt chart: It is a technique that is adopted in different activities to divide whole
research work according to the provided time frame. In this technique there is use of particular
time period so that there can be allocation of different activities according to the specified time
period. It will lead to proper utilisation of available time period with no wastage of resources.

Ethics: It is said that there are ample number of principles and ethical values which needs
to be considered by a researcher while conducting the whole research. There are some specific
ethical principles which needs to be followed by investigator in order to produce positive
outcomes in an effective manner. These principles consist of maintaining confidentiality of
information, limits the risk, gather consent from researcher and many more. These are the ethics
which need to be followed by researcher in an effective manner so that all the activities will be
completed in an ethical, systematic and appropriate manner.
Reliability as well as validity: This is one of the most effective method in the research
methodology which is usually based on the questionnaire method used by researcher. All the
information and data which is gathered by researcher are reliable as well as accurate as it is
based on questionnaire which is one of the most effective method for gathering primary
information related to the topic from large number of respondents.
Cost, access as well as ethical issues: For conducting the research in an appropriate
manner, it is necessary for the researcher that they must emphasis on some specific areas so that
they can attain the end result of the present research in a well defined manner. One of the main
element which need to be considered by the researcher is that there must be proper and sufficient
amount of money. This will aid in conducting each and every activity in an effective manner. On
the other hand it will assist in conducting both primary as well as secondary study in more
efficient and accurate manner. In addition to this, it has also been said that, there must be access
in advance by researcher in an advance which is beneficial for them in order to complete the
