INTRODUCTION
Diversity and inclusion is the kind of policies and programmers that is very important for
the organization and for the inclusive workplace in order to earn deeper trust and more
commitment from their workers. These are the two kinds of interconnected concepts that
represent the entity and describe about the organization that how well the organization is
contributing towards the present and opinion of the different types of group of individuals who
are valued and integrated into the effective environment. In the environment or in the
organization where different kind of nationalities races genders sexual orientations and identities
are working together for achieving their targets But in the organization there are certain groups
are valued or carry any authority or influence and this is called diverse but this is not known as
inclusive. This report is going to explain about the understanding of the conceptual framework
that drive in equality in the workplace and also going to explain about the managing charges of
discrimination in context of managing diversity effectively like in gender disability is sexual
orientation religion and many more.

BBC is a broadcasting organization which is founded in 18 October 1922 in London
United Kingdom. The organization is the world leading public service broadcaster and we create
some content that inform and educate and entertain different types of individuals in the United
Kingdom and around the globe. In addition to this the BBC is the kind of public service
broadcaster organization which is founded by Royal charter and The organization provide
different kind of channels like regional TV programmers internet TV services and many more.
Consider its experience in managing charges of discrimination—gender, race, age, disabilities,
sexual orientation, religion, etc.- OR how it is seeking to manage diversity effectively.
For the organisation it is very important for them to manage the diversity in the
workplace. And diverse workplace will going to support the company to target better
demographics and move in order to achieve their goals and objectives.

Gender: In the organisation gender discrimination in the employment include different kind of
activities like treating the someone unfavourably because of the gender of the person whether the
individual are applying for a job or for a current Employee. In the United Kingdom the issues of
gender discrimination is still holds and in the country the women of the society have made clear
impression that they have the capability to conduct and represent their skills in an appropriate
manner so that they can invest more effort in order to grab more opportunities and positive
outcomes. For BBC organisation it has become very important for them to maintain gender
equality in the organisation. As the organisation is working on their gender equality so that they
can maintain and improve the positive feedback of the employs and motivate them towards the
goals and objectives of the organisation.Discrimination is the kind of thing that can be happen on
the particular things which can be based on the age. According to them different kind of
organisation the younger workers have more power and experience because of their younger
blood. On the other hand according to the different kind of organisation the experience of the
employees matters. That is why it is very important for the BBC organisation to follow the
appropriate policy in order to avoid the age discrimination from the organisation as well as avoid
the child labour from the organisation. Because these kind of activities create negative impact on
the society.
WHAT COULD THE COMPANY HAVE DONE DIFFERENTLY
The organization is addressing system discrimination which are caused by undervaluation
of traditional. Apart from this, the company is becoming more transparent with the information
and data, on pay practices, and overcome and reduce the wage gaps. The organization is also
helping women to gain power and also implementing an flexible work policy and also supporting
a safe and secure work policy.In order to manage Discrimination in the workplace it is very
important for the company and there are different kind of techniques and methodologies which
are adopted by the BBC organisation so that they can overcome the discrimination from the
organisation and create positive environment at the workplace in order to achieve their goals and
targets in an authentic manner.
