INTRODUCTION
Diversity and equality can be consider as a major part of organisation as it helps in
enhancing employees satisfaction (Ahmed, Jimenez-Jimenez and Martínez-Costa, 2013).
Company have employees with different part of the world and with different cultures. It is very
important to promote equality and diversity as it helps in smooth functioning of organisation.
Equality refers to ensuring that each and every employee have equal opportunities irrespective of
their caste, culture, gender etc. Diversity can be define as a replacing difference of people and
groups with the positive values. In this research, chosen company is Louis Vuitton. This is a
French multinational company which is dealing in fashion retail sector. Louis Vuitton was
established in 1854 and founder of this organisation is Louis Vuitton. Its headquarter is located
in Paris, France and it is providing high quality luxury goods to different part of the world. This
is one of the top brand of fashion industry. In this research includes detailed study about equality
and diversity as well as its current issues at the work place. It consist of response of sexual
harassment issues in respective organisation. This research report include different methods to
collect and gather important information in order to conduct a proper investigation.

Louis Vuitton is a well known and leading brand in fashion retail sector. It is providing
fashion luxury products of high quality. This is a French fashion house and retail company which
is providing ready to wear products (Annanperä, Liukkunen and Markkula, 2016). It product line
includes shoes, watches, jewellery, sunglasses, clothing products and many more. Headquarter of
Louis Vuitton company is located in Paris, France and it is providing its products and services to
various parts of the world. This company was introduced by Louis Vuitton in 1854. this
company is selling its high quality products to boutiques, departmental stores as well as through
e- commerce section. In this research project primary and secondary data is collected information

Develop a project management plan
Project management plan can be describe as a framework for conducting all activities of
project in effective and efficient manner. This plan is very useful in completing all task on time
as well as carry out all activities in best possible manner (Bell and Harrison, 2018). It can be
define as a plan which is important in managing all activities of a plan. Project management plan
will help in predicting time duration that is required to complete all task of project. It will define
goals and deliverables of the project as well as it includes cost, quality, time, duration,
communication, risk and scope of the project.
 Cost- This includes the amount of money that will be required by researcher to complete
this research project. In order to conduct and effective research, researcher needs to
identify how much cost will be required to effectively conduct all task. Cost is very
important for accomplishing desired results from the research project. For this research,

researcher will require approx £250 and for effectively completing this project £300 will
be required.
 Resource- There are various resources which is required by researcher in order to
conduct as a successful research project. Resources such as financial resources, different
assets, management tools and analytical tools etc. These resources will help in achieving
desired objectives.
 Time- It can be define as a time duration that is required to conduct all task in effective
manner. It is very important to select right set of time duration in order to complete all
task as well as achieving all desired results. For completing all activities of this research,
researcher will require approx 7 weeks of time frame. In order to completely finish this
project, approx 3 months of time duration will be required.
 Quality- Quality can be define as a standard of research project. It is very important for
researcher to complete all task and activities with high quality in order to provide better
research project (Brown, 2013). Researcher have to collect various data and information
for conducting research project in most effective manner. It is essential that collected data
should be appropriate as well as accurate as per the requirement of research.
 Risk- This is the component in project management plan which can affect research. It
includes all those negative factor that can have adverse effect on project. For this research
project researcher needs to collect information form various source. It include risk of
collect wrong and inappropriate data which can effect the whole research project. There
is huge risk involved of data and information while conducted this research project such
as wrong information.
 Communication- This is one of the most important part of research and play a crucial
role in effective and efficient working of research project. For collecting information as
well as completing all activities of research in best possible manner, researcher needs to
communicate with different people in order to collect appropriate information. This is
very helpful in gathering right information as well as use it in correct manner to conduct
an effective and efficient research. Communication tools used by researcher is

This is a very important tool as it helps organisation in key projects and task to complete
in an effective manner. Work breakdown structure is a process which divide large and complex
task into small as well as manageable parts. It is in a form of tree hierarchical structure which
includes various steps to complete large project in effective and efficient manner. By breaking
large task into small part, it helps in enhancing productivity as well as achieving set targets and
goals. Work break down structure is an important tool which helps in creating independents task
which are easily measurable (Fageha and Aibinu, 2013). It lead to determining cost which is
required to complete each and every task. Through work break down structure tool researcher

Gantt chart was developed by an American engineer Henry Gantt and motive of introducing
Gantt chart is to provide a illustration of scheduled task in a form of graphical representation. It
is in a form of bar chart and it includes relationship between current schedule status and
activities. This is an effective tool which is commonly used for tracking activities of a project. In
this information about task as well as time required to complete task is mentioned in the form of

Qualitative research
This type of research is helpful in gaining proper understanding and information about
reasons, sentiment, motivation and many more. Qualitative research can be define as a
exploratory research as it provide in depth detail about the topic. This research majorly focus on

answers to what and why regarding the topic. Investigator using this research method will be

In this research, researcher has used qualitative research in order to collect more
appropriate data.
Data collection
Data collection can be describe as a process of gathering important data and information
that helps in conducting research in effective and efficient way. It is a systematic approach
measure and analyse data. Collected data is very helpful in answering the relevant questions as
well as evaluating outcomes. There are two methods which help in collecting and analysing
appropriate data and information from different sources. Data collection methods includes
primary and secondary data. These methods are mention below in detail. Primary data: Primary data refers to that data which is collected for the first time and it
has never been used before. Researcher who collect primary data are known as owner of
data and primary data is a first hand source of collecting data. There are various ways
through which primary data can be collected such as survey, interview, observation,
experiments and so on (Gangotra and Shankar, 2016). Primary data helps in providing
more accurate and appropriated data. But, there are some drawbacks also such as it
require huge cost and time to collect and analyse primary data.
 Secondary data: This type of data collection method includes gathering information from
various sources such as online data, books and journals, business documents, government
papers and many more. Secondary data is a method of collecting information though
different sources as well as data which is collected in primary research. In this researcher
use will gather information as well as use this data for conducting research in effective
and efficient way. This is a easy method of collecting data and it helps in saving time as
well as money. There are some disadvantage of collecting data through secondary data
that information may not be appropriate.
For conducting this research in effective and efficient way, researcher has used both
primary and secondary data. In order to collect more appropriate and accurate data, researcher
has conduct questionnaire survey that will help in providing more useful information. For

secondary data, researcher has used data which is available on internet as well as collected
information form different books and business documents. Both of these method has been useful
in conducting research in effective and efficient manner.
Sampling
Sampling can be define as a method that is used to analyse number of observation in
order to determine the value of large population. It is very difficult to collect data and
information from large number of people so sampling method will be very useful for identifying
results. Sample will represent the data and information as a whole population (Jeston, 2014). In
this method, researcher will only collect data from the selected sample from random sampling
method and analyse results for larger number of people. For this research, investigator has
selected 30 sample size who are employees of respective organisation.

Interpretation: From the above graphical representation it can be concluded that most of
the respondents are well aware about the concept of equality and diversity. This play a crucial
role in organisation as it directly affect working style and behaviour of employees. According to
this survey 26 respondents out of 30 has positivity responded that they are familiar with the
concept of equality and diversity. Where as only 4 respondents has responded negatively that
they are not aware about this concept. It is very important that every one is aware about the
concept of equality and diversity.
