Reasons for choosing this research project
Equality and diversity is too important aspect to an organisation. That’s why top-level
management of every organisation should systematically understand the actual value of equality
and diversity. The main reason behind choosing this topic is to deeply understand the
implications of equality and diversity in the workplace (Barton and Yee, 2017). Currently many
organisations within market still not understand the role of equality and diversity, in which this
research project will inform them about great roles of equality and diversity. This is project will
be included such data that can highly motivate to different business owners for implementing
equality and diversity within the workplace. This research project will definitely teach managers
and leaders about “why equality and diversity is important for an organisation”. That’s why this
research project has chosen.

According to the Haynes (2017) equality and diversity management plays an excellent
role in an organization, because it helps individuals for improving their potential and
productivity level and also promotes wellbeing in the workplace. It is not only essential for

market as well. The Upper management should play great role in the terms of equality and
diversity within the workplace, because this thing builds an effective relationship between
employees and employer. Equality and diversity enhance employee’s workability within the
workplace. When upper management keeps fair behaviour with all employees, then this step of
management improves employees’ experience in the workplace, and also encourages them for
putting great efforts in their daily operations, so that finally they will be rewarded through senior

are mainly two types of data collection methods exists called; primary and secondary. These
methods will give an effective contribution in this research project. The primary data collection
method is very helpful in collecting data with interview and observation session. Then the
secondary method will help in collecting data through other resources, like; book & journals,
internet, social media and articles. Both, primary and secondary data collection methods will be
used in this research project.

this step helps in analysing collected data in proper manner. This step helps in removing such
data from the collected data which is unrealistic, useless and unreal. The main objective of data
analysis step is to make this research project more real, authentic, logical and meaningful. There
are mainly two types of methods available for data analysing called thematic and statistical. The
thematic data analysis method will be applied in this project, because this method supports in
distributing collected data in different themes.
Ethical Consideration: Ethical consideration will be properly considered while
collecting data in this project (Knowles, J., 2017). Basically, ethical consideration concept said
that, a researcher forever responsible to adhere all laws and rules & regulations which has
imposed by the local government of the UK to complete a research project. For example, As
same case with Eagle Eye Solutions there will be no employee pressurized for giving answers of
various questions in interview session.
