help in development of a positive working environment. It is important for the management of
every organisation to the individual of each employee related to their Organisation in a direct and
indirect manner. Execution of all the equality and diversity in organisation which help in
accomplishment of the goals and objective. Present research report is based on Airdri group
technology house having presence in Oxfordshire in UK. It was founded in the year 1974 peter
Phillips and Peter Allen who are the entrepreneur entrepreneurial engineers leading this
organisation (Romani and et.al, 2017). Present research report is based on the different types of
aims and objective that are related with the practices prevailing in a organisation and how
organisations can make use of different practices in maximizing the contribution of their
employees. Quality and Diversity is basically a concept that is related with the equality act 2010
making a good business sense in helping development of a organisation to improve the job
opportunities and overall fairness for employees in every organisation. It is related with the
prevent discrimination against people in a workplace and there are basically different areas that
are part of this overall. Present search is based on aim to develop a balance workforce so that
there can be equality and diversity in the organisation.

that I have effective communication skills, used for the purpose of asking several questions to the
respondents and understanding their response according to which I have developed some of the
results and recommendations for the present organisation. This was something positive that I
realise about my skills but apart from this I also felt several issues such as I was not very
confident related to my analytical skills such as I collected all the details information from the
respondents but I was lot of difficulty when it came to analyse the collected data. So I felt that I
have to work towards the potential impact of my analytical skills so that if in future I am going to
work on such type of research it will help me in making more detailed and appropriate analysis
of the collected information. Also I felt that there are different types of strategies that are related
with management of every organisation that they are adopting and the course of their working
and that is helping in effective management. Further I belt that all the strategies are individual
level and a different view point for the organisation when it comes to making decisions related to
management. This research has made by understand basic manner in which organisations are
