P3 Work breakdown Structure and Gantt chart
WBS can be regarded as a technique that helps investigator of a particular research in
dividing the whole project into smaller activity so that each activity can become more
manageable. It is very helpful in determination of the activities that have to be performed in the
course of performing the research. The overall sequence of the activities that is to be determined
along with the roles that are associated with each activity. It is very helpful in understanding the
project activities the time specified so that there is no duplication of activities and all all the work
of research according to a specified sequence. It is also helpful in identification of the activities
so that take place according to set objectives and there can be efficient utilisation of the overall
time frame that has been allocated for whole project.
Gantt chart is also a technique that has been developed by Henry gantt and this technique is
focusing on the whole time aspect that has been allocated to the investigator of the research for
the purpose of completing the research activities and achievement of the letdown objective.
According to gantt chart this helps in graphical representation with the help of x axis and vertical
axis. In this there is specification of each activity according to the time of the activities with the
special mention of the starting date and ending date with the overall duration of time. It is helpful
in facilitation of the responsible person to ensure that all activities are completed before the
specified deadline and only after one has been successfully completed there can be starting of

P4) Small scale research with the help of qualitative and quantitative research
Research can be defined as a detailed study that is related with identification of issues by
researcher by use of different sources or may be from first time use sources. Research
methodology helps in understanding Different techniques and tools that helps in facilitation of
collection and analysis of the information that has been authored by the investigator. The data
can be collected from the research by use of both primary and secondary sources as mentioned
below.
Primary data is the is that which is collected by the researcher according to the requirements of
research. This is the first hand information and is never used before as there are diverse
techniques of collecting personal information so as to use it according to the suitability and
viability of the research. The result that have been obtained from primary sources are very
authentic and reliable at the same time because they have been collected first time by the
researcher and involves adequate research in collecting such information (Ashe and Nazroo,
2017).
Secondary data is the collection of data from existing sources and there is no involvement of
first hand information in case of secondary data. This secondary data there is analysis and
interpretation that is being done by usage of available sources such as journals online available
information various articles examples from where secondary data can be obtained.
In the present research report there is usage of primary information and secondary
information both as a source for the purpose of collecting data.
Qualitative method:
Qualitative method of the research is related with data that has to be expressed by use of
certain qualitative information.. Is basically denotes that there is no use of any kind of numerical
information in such type of data. Different types of questions that have to be asked to the target
segment of respondents and based on the responses given there are certain conclusions that are
drawn by the researcher. There are different types of, that can be used for the purpose of
collecting qualitative form of information such as focus groups Interview method case study

method depending on the suitability and the of researcher of a particular method there has to be
selection of a particular method and further there is collection of such qualitative type of
information.
Quantitative method is also used for the purpose of collection of Information and in this there is
usage of numerical type of information that is expressed in the form of graphs and charts. This is
a method that helps in collection of exact information in the numerical form.n, there are different
types of methods that are part of quantitative methods such as questionnaire method survey are
different examples that can be used for the purpose of collecting quantitative form of
information.
In the present research there is use of questionnaire as a method for the purpose of collecting
