INTRODUCTION
Equality and diversity safeguards the human rights of all members that are working in the
organisation. This report includes meaning of equality and diversity. Benefits of promoting these
both will be analysed. Legislations, employment regulations and codes of practice relevant to the
promotion of equality and diversity are defined (Thompson, 2015). These promotions help to
protect from harm. There are many communication strategies which are used to promote equality
and diversity. Many agencies also promotes them. There are many areas which can be developed
to promote equality and diversity.
