Introduction
Equality and diversity goes hand in hand. Equality is the practice to treat everyone alike.
On the other hand the diversity is the better handling of the various people living together despite
the other differences (Klarsfeld and et.al., 2014). This report will lay the effective emphasis on
the various legal measures that are been taken in effective consideration. This report will lay an
emphasis on equality act, various measures to maintain the effective equality and diversity in
education and training. Different strategies are been discussed to promote better teaching
practice. Various rules and regulation of maintaining equality and diversity are been discussed.
Different professional agencies and different measures to handle the various teaching practices
promoting equality and diversity are been taken in consideration with various agendas.

different operations of an educational institution.
I have looked after the better handling of the various operational measures that have
helped me to handle a wide variety of operations which will help in meeting the operational
capacity of the educational institution. The better measures that are been adopted by me to
improve the quality of education and help in effective rectification of the different issues and
the conflicts that can lay an significant impact on improving the quality of educational
services and meeting the needs and demands of the individual person from a wide variety of
efficient measures which will help in improving satisfaction level. Other than this, the
maintaining of the better equality and diversity of a vast variety of different operations which
will help in gaining a better satisfaction level and a wide range of understanding about the
various types of beliefs, cultures and handling of the different operations which help in
meeting the educational requirements of the people of various cultural backgrounds and
beliefs (Morden, 2017).
b) Various strategies and measures to promote equality and diversity.
A wide range of the various measures are been taken in effective consideration to
gain a better handling of the wide variety of the different operations which will help in
meeting the needs and demands of the people of different cultural backgrounds. Some
major measures that are been followed by me at the educational institution to improve the
quality of different educational services and handling of the different organizational
functions are:

Increasing the quality of different sort of services which will help in
improving the operational capacity and better understanding of the
different beliefs and cultural practices that are been taken into effective
consideration that will help in better handling of various operation’s
which help in meeting the needs and demands of the person.
Providing the proper training and organizing of various workshops and
seminars to develop the better educational measures which will help in
meeting the educational requirements of a person of diverse cultural
background (Ng and Stamper, 2018).
Following of the better and effective legal measures that are been taken
into better consideration that will help in meeting the effective
requirements of the different people of diverse cultural background.
Rectification of different conflicts helps in meeting the demands of the
various operations which help in meeting the operational requirements of
the company. Other than this, the solving of different operations that will
help in meeting the organizational requirements of and educational
institution. This will help the people of different cultural background to
have a better understanding and meeting the targets that are been set by
the educational institution (Bowl, 2018).

A) Agreement with the students and setting of the various operations which will help in
handling of the educational organization in order to promote the equality and diversity.
Various measures will be taken by me as a teacher to maintain and promote the better
equality and diversity by the educational institutions. This will help in meeting the better
management of the different operations which will help in improving the operational quality
of the company. Some of the major rules that will be developed are:
Any form of discrimination will be considered as the punishable offence.
No student is allowed to mistreat with other student on the basis of religion, race,
diversity and nationality.
Any student found violating the rules will be expelled.
Any sort of racial comment will not be tolerated.
All students and teachers are required to follow Equality Act 2010.
All the teachers and students will be treated alike.

These institutions will help in keeping the effective check on the various measures
that will help in meeting the requirements of people with a wide variety of differences
and will support in taking the effective measures to curb any sort of conflict or
differences at schools. Besides this, the institutions or the councils will help in looking
after the better measures to meet the needs and demands of the different sort of
operations and educational functions in a company. Other than this, they will also look
after the better handling of the different operations which will help in meeting the quality
services. This will help in handling of the different legal operations which will help in
meeting the operational efficiency of the educational institution. They will see through
the better following of different sort of legal measures to meet the operational efficiency
of the company. This will improve the quality of te educational services provided by the
educational institute.

Equality and diversity forum: It is a nationwide institution that work fo the enlistment
and establishment of equality and diversity within the firm. It looks after the various
operations and bring out the people from various diverse culture and disciplines and
facilitates good sharing of knowledge and practices that are been followed by the
educational institution. Also, it helps in raising the voice against any discrimination.
Inclusive Employers: it looks after tan make a work place more engaging and supportive
for the people or work force with diverse cultural background and help in better handling
of the leadership goals at an institution without any discrimination.
Government equality unit: this is been set by the national authority and is been
managed by the local governments in UK. This will help in good presentation of the
diversity and meeting of targeted goals and actions that will help in effective rise in
equality of people especially women and children, in UK.

Outline practical steps to meet the needs and demands of the people with various cultural
differences
Various practical measures will be taken in to effective thought process such as providing
of proper training, developing of effective measures that will help in better meeting of the
different measures which will help in handling of a wide variety of operations to meet the needs
and demands of the students at an educational institution or a school (Fine-Davis and Faas,
2014.). Other than this, various seminars or interaction programs will be held by the equality and
diversity coordinator at a school. This will help in better promotion of good services and quality
education to the people with diverse cultural background, thus improving the quality of
education.

The five major measures that are been implemented by me to promote better equality and
diversity in society as well as educational institutions is:

cultural and ethnic back drops that will help them to flourish and grow in a better

These various measures that are been developed have helped in the better adaptability of the
various types of the equality and diversity at the organization. This help in better meeting of
the needs and demands of the various people in a better way.
