This research project investigates the impact of diversity, inclusion, and the gender pay gap on organizational productivity, using Marks and Spencer as a case study. The study explores the concepts of diversity and the gender pay gap, examining their influence on productivity and employee performance. The research utilizes a positivism philosophy, deductive approach, and a survey strategy to collect data from 40 respondents via questionnaires. The literature review covers diversity, gender pay gaps, benefits of diversity, and workplace issues. The methodology includes ethical considerations, time horizons, and cost analysis. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, interpreting responses to understand the benefits of diversity and the issues arising from the gender pay gap. The project offers recommendations for alternative research methodologies, concluding with suggestions for promoting positive workplace culture and addressing gender pay gap challenges.
