The current presentation is based on the topic “To evaluate about
the Behaviours that support Equality and Diversity in the
workplace.” A Case study on The Blues Kitchen restaurant of
London. The current presentation includes aim and objective
of this research along with an explanation about its outcomes
and stakeholders. At last, recommendation and conclusion are
also included in this presentation .

The main aim of conducting current investigation on Blues
Kitchen restaurant of London is, “To get deep insight in the
Behaviours that support Equality and Diversity in the
workplace along with evaluation of their need and importance
for an organisation.”

support Equality and Diversity in the workplace.

Research findings
On the basis of above investigation it has been find out that the
behaviours that support Equality and Diversity in the workplace
are need and important for an organisation as it something that
lead to a positive and inclusive workplace environment that is
helpful in creating enhanced motivation and creativity along
with higher production and profits that would ultimately yield
better competitive strength for an organisation.

Communication with Stakeholders
Use of online and digital modes of communication like emails,
fcaebook, whatsapp, and other social media platforms would be
used by researcher to communicate information about current
investigation with stakeholders of The Blues Kitchen restaurant.
The stakeholders indentified for current investigation are the
directors, managers, employees and customers of The Blues
Kitchen restaurant that have a vital part in its decision making
process and also influence its business operations.

Conclusion
It can be concluded that unbiased HR prcatises and recruitment
process, regular cultural training, transparent decision making
and adoption of participative management approach are viable
strategies that could be adopted by an organisation to support
