Analysis of findings
In accordance with the primary research, it is analyzed that employees of company do not
feel any discrimination.
Though there are many barrier which the company faces in order to manage gender pay
gap such that women have to look after their family and work.
As, company recruit women at top position and provide enough knowledge to their
employees with regards to gender pay gap.
Company do not pay equal amount to men and women because as per the policy it is
mention to offer wages as per the employees skills and capabilities.

CONCLUSION
By summing up above it has been concluded that equality and diversity plays an
important role in the company and Sainsbury's also company with equal opportunities
at its workplace.
Further, study concluded that most of the employees are highly agreed that company
offer equal opportunities to their employees without discriminating others.
Through data analysis, it is also concluded that company also recruit women at top
position in order to establish good impression in society.
