Introduction
This presentation is based on the research conducted on
the topic equality and diversity at workplace. The
organizations chosen for this research is Sainsbury which
is supermarket chain of UK. In this presentation aim and
objective of research are included with a project
management plan . Different resrch methods and analysis
of the findings is also there.

For running a business effectively timely research is necessary to
remain in coordination with business environment.

The main aim of this research is, “To identify the issues and
challenges which may get arise out of equality and diversity at
workplace of Sainsbury plc”.

It is a written document that provide framework and
guidance for timely completion of a project or research.
Cost- This element basically shows the amount of
expenses made on various activities of research like cost
of material used, employees, tools, etc.

expansion and growth of organization , challenges and

resrch and sources of data is also made to maintain the
