diversified culture at workplace. In the beginning I was afraid of taking this option because many
organisation people ignore to give opinion and share experience. However, after the motivation
of employees focused on it and selected Eagle Eye solution’s work culture. Firm owner and
workforce were not interested to provide data and for me it becomes difficult to handle and
complete my research. So many efforts have i put on and convince them that it will not create
legal scene and effect on organisation will. I searched in lots of book related to equality and
diversity practices which help in enhancing my knowledge. It improves increasing understanding
of my topic. Main problem come when my set budget was increase and found difficult to
continue project but in the parents supported me with the fund and hence able to manage
expenditure. My friends and guide remain supportive throughout the research and hence I am
able to complete timely.
