As I perform my role as a trainee teacher thus it becomes essential for me to promote
equality as well diversity in an educational organisation. This is done with the help of lesson
plan.
Lesson 1- Actions and Consequences:
In this, use of videos can you actually help in absorbing negative as well as positive behaviour
that are common in own life (Richards and Armstrong, 2015) .This effectively helps in becoming
aware related to the fact that action also has consequences.
Lesson 2- Developing empathy:
Development of empathy can be duly undertaken through role play activities. In addition
to this performing work in the group and appreciating individual feelings can turn out to be
effective.
Lesson 3- Diversity:

and objectives can be done in a best effective manner. As by celebrating difference and
respecting culture positive workplace environment can be create.

At a work or a lesson it is essential for individual and students to consider attitudes and
opinions. In addition to this, it is required to make sure that information sources are strong.
